间）有上百万人走上首府巴塞隆纳街头，以“加泰罗尼亚-欧洲新国家”为号召，表态
独立。
加泰隆尼亚国会与警方表示，参与人数及规模可说是有史以来最大一次，估计约有150
万至200万人参加，但与西班牙宪警和国家警政署估计的60万人，差距颇大。
尽管每年的集会总引起西班牙中央政府紧张关注，但今年活动历时3个多小时，整体气
氛还算平和。
不过，仍有4名蒙面激进左派独立份子在其他场合焚烧西班牙、欧盟，与法国旗帜，造
成意外插曲。
舆论认为，加泰隆尼亚区在要求独立的同时，又向中央政府要求拨付紧急周转金50亿
2300万欧元，以偿付公务员薪资与承包商货款，做法极为矛盾。
目前加泰隆尼亚为西国债务最庞大的自治区，根据统计显示，今年第二季此区债务占其
GDP（国内生产毛额）比例高达21%。若要达成中央设定的债务上限1.5%，至少得再删减
