另外，澳大利亚有一个庞大的机构叫AQIS,australia quarantine and inspection
service就是指动植物检查检疫隔离部
标准就是他们制定的，放养的牛除了瘦肉多一点，干净一点以外也确实没什么别的好处
澳洲的猪肉难吃是因为，以上机构的存在，猪的castration受到了严格的限制，因为
性生活和性权力也是动物权利的重要组成部分哈哈
因为公猪母猪都不阉割，那个性激素含量挺高，肉自然会有一股臊味，所以没办法了
更重要的是，杀猪的时候，先用电枪把动物击昏，这个过程叫stunning，然后有

挤出来，但并不完全，有很多的血其实还在肉里，超市里买肉的小黑盒子，底下有几块

外加猪本身没有骟过，没有味道才怪呢
BTW这里的猪一个个长的特可爱，特活泼，不像国内的猪吃了就睡，当然这可能跟它们
