Recipe
1/3 cup poppy seeds
3/4 cup milk
180g unsalted butter, melt
2 teasppons vanilla essence (我个人不喜欢这个味道，所以我没有放）
1 cup caster sugar （一般白糖也行，就是颗粒粗了些，问题不大）
3 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups self-raising flour
下面的步骤是我的简化版
1. Grease 14cm x 21cm loaf pan with butter
2. Combine all the ingredients together (melt butter, sugar, egg, poppy
seeds, milk and self-raising flour) (原版建议用electric mixer，我用的就是勺

)的原因，变成“圣诞午餐”。做的都是常用的书里比较简单的西餐菜式，放在一起看
也有些规模哈。
开胃菜：Baked Brie with Honeyed Raspberries
材料：
1 块轮状Brie Cheese，250g左右。冷藏变硬后，把上面的白色的外皮切掉。Brie的白
色外皮在加热时是不会融化的，这样就相当于做了一个盛了奶酪的小碗。
1/4 cup蜂蜜
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1盒raspberry(6盎司)
适量rosemary做装饰
做法：
1 烤箱预热350F度，把Brie放在小盘中，入烤箱加热3-5分钟。我在盘子下面垫上隔热
的硅胶垫，防止下面的brie受热过度化得太软，从rind的裂缝处流出来。到brie软化就
可以，不要让brie完全融化。那样就不能支持上面的水果了。
2 小锅中加入蜂蜜和balsamic vinegar，一边加热一边用橡皮铲搅拌，到温热融合即可
。把洗好拍干的raspberry加入，用橡皮铲翻动，使它们均匀地裹上蜂浆。

是要单独打蛋白蛋黄，为什么？

225g (8 oz) self-raising flour

的， 只能取下重新卯上， 但是麻烦的是安装的时候要把内衬重新缝上， 如果外面拿
不下来轮子， 估计就没戏了， 最好的情况是caster直接用螺丝固定的底下的。 不过

个间距相等
camber angle可以用水平尺测量后轮的角度，让前轮角度与之相等
caster angle可以用水平尺测量前柱角度，八九不离十就行，不必太准确
一般toe是最后做的，但是我的经验是顺序无所谓，一般差别不大 |
