从解放军的外语看中国的战略

2011年11月号刊登韓德森（Scott J. Henderson）的文章说，美国和西方对中国的观察
，通常基于政府政策的演变、外交关系、实力重组等因素，但还有另一个有用的参照物
，那就是军队的外语培训。
早在1949年，中国人民解放军就在洛阳建立了外语学院，作为培养国防语言人才的摇篮
。现在洛阳“解放军外语大学”已经培养了5万多名毕业生，担负起军事翻译、军事外
交、国际反恐、联合国维和行动等各项工作。从该校的课程设置可知，这是一所培训(
能破解密碼的)多种语言人才的军事情报学府。
解放军外语大学出版自己的《外语杂志》。1978年至1987年，以英文、俄文、日文、韩

月15日，一辆货运列车从乌克兰南部城市伊利乔夫斯克出发，绕过俄罗斯，沿着新“丝
绸之路”缓缓驶向中国。在俄罗斯对乌克兰实行严格贸易封锁的背景下，新“丝绸之路
”或许会成为乌克兰贸易的新出路。
据《参考消息》报18日援引法新社报道，15日，乌克兰基础设施部部长安德烈·皮
沃瓦尔斯基在Facebook上说：“这是一件历史性的大事。”
这列列车从乌克兰南部的伊利乔夫斯克出发，经过黑海、格鲁吉亚、阿塞拜疆、里
海、哈萨克斯坦，最终抵达中国，预计需要12天时间。
列车上的货物一部分是铁矿石，列车回来的时候将运回中国的建筑材料和消费品。
报道称，俄罗斯对乌克兰的最新制裁包括不允许乌克兰的产品过境向中亚地区和高
加索地区运输。
另据俄罗斯《观点报》网站15日报道，在与俄罗斯贸易状况恶化的背景下，乌克兰
尝试另辟蹊径，通过这一国际运输线路将本国货物运往亚洲，这是从中国经俄罗斯通向
欧洲的“丝绸之路”的竞争项目。
报道称，所有参与这一国际运输线路的国家都谨慎评论这条新线路。哈萨克斯坦、

不过caspian自己好像不做整枪，这枪的好坏要看做枪的那位，要是做成俺们这一位枪
匠给他太太做的每个弹匣都卡的.38 super 1911，那就很胸闷了。
另外这配置有点奇葩，一般红点在枪的重心上方，放那么后面整枪重心就变了，不会是
因为用了6寸枪管了吧。
没有制退器也不是double stack弹匣，不像是公开组的枪。
感觉上拼凑感较强但实际用途不明确。
如果把红点拆了套筒上装铁瞄，现在顶上光板的套筒需要重新开dovetail，花费也不少。 |

Dynegy Inc. (DYN) said Tuesday that one of its subsidiaries has skipped an
interest payment of nearly $44 million on outstanding debt in a move that
could lead to default.
Dynegy Holdings LLC skipped the payment on senior unsecured notes due in
2016 that carry interest of 8.4%, Dynegy said. The company has 30 days

今天是2013年的元旦，市长向市民们道贺：恭贺新禧！
一方面，市长感谢2012年全球两岸四地的华人来到【天下纵横谈】为这个关心中华民族
的平台提供丰富的信息和客观的论述、同时进行自由和热烈的交流。市长今年特别兴奋
有远在非洲奋斗的大陆网友来此贡献知识和分享讯息，这是二十一世纪高科技造就的奇
妙成就，它使散居五湖四海的我们能够在此共襄盛举。
另一方面，市长感谢我们都平安地度过多事的2012、再充满希望地迎向2013。

中国2012年的丰收
2012是中国大陆高新武器大量出现的一年，我们在此做一个简介，下面所列每一个
项目都是了不起的科技成就，它们对中国的国防做出卓越的贡献，尤其是「北斗卫星导
航系统」。
1.「北斗卫星导航系统」覆盖亚太地区
中国国务院新闻 办公室在今年12月27 日发布新闻，「北斗卫星导航系统」于今日
正式提供区域服务，讯息如下：
a.服务区域从东经55 度到180度，也就是东起中亚的里海 （Caspian Sea）到国际
换日线（中途岛附近），覆盖了三分之一的地球表面；
b.定位精度：平面10米，高度10米；
c.速度精度：0.2米/秒；
d.授时精度：50纳秒；
e.通讯：120个汉字。这是「北斗系统」独有的功能。
2.中国第一艘航空母舰「辽宁号」09月25日正式服役。

中国2012年的丰收
2012是中国大陆高新武器大量出现的一年，我们在此做一个简介，下面所列每一个
项目都是了不起的科技成就，它们对中国的国防做出卓越的贡献，尤其是「北斗卫星导
航系统」。
1.「北斗卫星导航系统」覆盖亚太地区
中国国务院新闻 办公室在今年12月27 日发布新闻，「北斗卫星导航系统」于今日
正式提供区域服务，讯息如下：
a.服务区域从东经55 度到180度，也就是东起中亚的里海 （Caspian Sea）到国际
换日线（中途岛附近），覆盖了三分之一的地球表面；
b.定位精度：平面10米，高度10米；
c.速度精度：0.2米/秒；
d.授时精度：50纳秒；
e.通讯：120个汉字。这是「北斗系统」独有的功能。
2.中国第一艘航空母舰「辽宁号」09月25日正式服役。

捡了个大便宜，用了4,5家dealer轮流砍价，最终这个dealer的这辆车因为没有heated
front seats不好卖，廉价卖给我了。
这个dealer还有一辆几乎一模一样的Caspian blue的，多了一个wood inlay，他同意以
同样价格+wood inlay invoice出售（还能再砍，因为车是去年造的，所以MSRP只比我
的多了45块），如果你有loyalty或者conquest，将是超级好deal，OTD应该不到41000

caspian在pre pre preview的时候一个在开发商那里工作的师妹拉我去看
floor plan什么的都送到我手上，我没放在心上根本
员工折扣加上可以挑选楼层朝向
后来师妹走了。。。我自己跑去看的时候发现那些好的unit涨了40%以上 |

发展商一般，跟Infiniti一样，建材中等吧。９９年地契。
首发价格，真不贵。
我去年１１月看的时候，３房７０万，那是涨过以后的价。
