先从cash back写起吧，我不是专家，所以写得不对大家指出，欢迎补充。
沿用精华区里dududeals那篇文章的格式：
Cash back简介：
Cash back翻译成中文就是返现，信用卡啦，返现网站啦，航空公司网站啦，都可以拿
返现。虽然有点麻烦，但是不用白不用。我各人觉得cash back比到处找coupon省事多
了；coupon很多不能叠用，cash back跟所有的coupon都能叠用，一年365天都有效。而
且返现发展到现在，基本上你想得到的商店都在网上有cash back。
总结几个比较大的，信用好的cash back网站：
BeFrugal － 感觉是商家最全面的返现网；我有时在别的网站／信用卡找不到的网店，
他家绝对有。他家的返现率给得很高，很慷慨。
Ebates － 去年刚被日本公司花10亿美元收购，大概是返现网站里做得最正规的。经常
有double cash back，很爽。缺点就是返现率不够高。

发帖数: 780 | 6 咱老中一般都很少从信用卡里取现金,大部分都是只弄PURCHASE搞CASH BACK然后都在
DUE DATE就付清的...取现金一般都是老美在弄...弄着弄着就背了无数的利息了.
不过我曾经有几次取过现金,那是当时要花一笔蛮大的钱,然后当时是月光族,还差几天
才发薪水,银行里现金没多少了,于是就在信用卡里取了几百块.当然后来很快就还回去
了.
以前的信用卡还款都是先把你还的钱放到低利息(PURCHASE)的部分,然后再放到高利息(
CASH ADVANCE)的部分,后来OBAMA政府弄了个新的法令,银行必须反过来做,这倒算是件
好事吧...
今天晚上看了下我几张卡的CASH LIMIT,发现银行给这个LIMIT的时候貌似差别很大.
列举一下(BTW,我的CL都很低...不像版上大神们动辙几十K几百K的,勿见笑):
CHASE FREEDOM CASH LIMIT $400 (总CL $2K, CASH占20%)
CITI ATT CASH LIMIT $200 (总CL $6,550, CASH占3%...这个好夸张...CITI给我升好

之前我用别人的cash或者别人用我的cash都没有问题。这次是我把我的cash和朋友的
cash一共五张一起卖给买家。五张cash来自4个人，每张120，共600。买家从kohls下单
买一个单价599.99的dyson吸尘器，用满了5张cash。没有用其他payment。
个人觉得cash被黑和他下单的这种方式有很大关系。首先dyson的东西kohls和其他家卖
的价格是一样的 也不允许用其他promo code，相比买其他东西可能查的更严。另外他
一次用满了5张cash，而且是来自不同帐号的cash，很可能是触发人工review导致cash
被黑的原因。我在买卖时已经提醒了cash是来自不同的人。
现在cash被黑，我觉得不是我的cash有问题，而是他的使用方式导致了这样的结果，损
失不能由我来承担，毕竟换一种方式用这个cash是可以花出去的。 |

但是在Kohls购买可以使用Kohls Cash，于是于11/21日向二手版id为alvincc的卖家购
买了5张面值为120的Kohls Cash，价格7折，共支付420。
购买当时就在Kohls网站下单成功，order状态显示in fullfilment。
两天之后，11/23日order状态显示Cancelled，并且没有收到任何邮件说明。当时立即
电话Kohls，客服表示也不清楚为何被砍，因感恩节急用不得已只能原价又买了Dyson
v8。
之后就开始了长达一个月的与Kohls撕逼的过程。由于客服通常只会搪塞或表示可以退
款，但客服的任何操作都会被后台砍掉。我打了几十个电话，想办法联系了Kohls各种
manager，supervisor和各种部门，最后联系到Fraud部门，对话几次结论如下：
1. Kohls明确表示不会refund
2. Kohls表示砍单的原因是使用的Kohls Cash来源是Fraud，所以这些Kohls Cash是
Invalid的
