今年五月份排期没倒退之前提交的485，现在超过半年了，如果EB3排期每个月前进一个
月，估计2018年4月左右会变成current。
今天收到USCIS email，内容如下，感觉是说开始做background check。请版主，版花
，版友们回答一下我以下的问题，万分感谢。
1. 请问大家有没有收到类似的email？
2. 从提交485到开始background check，我的case的速度算是正常，还是快或者慢？
3. background check完成之后，case status会变成什么？

不如靠自己。但是你如果觉得没有时间弄那就听天由命吧。你只花了那几千块的律师费
，很难想象哪个律师会花很多时间发掘你的亮点。 |

求问：这是正常的withdraw 状态变化吗? 我的理解是 状态应该变成 case withdrawl.
还有我之前是pp的case,不是在他们收到withdrawl的信后，半个月后状态 就变成case
withdrawl吗？ 到现在都3个多月了，才出最终状态。我怎么感觉我这个case的变化不
太对。留下deny的历史后，怕对以后重现申请又影响。
求有经验的 dmjx 说说看。

了，估计几年内没有希望了，现在非常犹豫今年要不要试一试。
我是做水银和其他一些重金属毒性方面基础研究的，最近差不多把所有引用我的文章看
遍了，发现有以下两个偏应用的引用，不知道值不值得“深入挖掘”
1. 我是一作，然后合作对象是医生，后面发了一个case report，说我们做的这个
compound可以用来做临床的diagnostic tool，并且有病人照片什么的。但是并没有FDA
approve啥的，就是一个case report，和他后面其他文章里面提到和引用我们这篇文
章；
2. 我不是一作的一篇文章，后面有个医生也是发了一个case report，说是他们怎么救
了一个15岁的水银中毒的小孩，里面引用了我的文章，当做理论基础吧，但是同时引用
了差不多的好几篇文章，这个医生同意帮我写推荐信了，但是我发现他不是Phd或者MD
，他是那种nurse后面当医生的那种，现在倒是一个toxicology center的director，和

发帖数: 980 | 6 我老公是2008年6月提的PERM，以后一直没有消息。后来律师收到一封信，说DOL发了
audit
lettle,但没有收到答复，就把这个case close了，但律师和公司都没有收到audit
lettle.律师去投诉。DOL网站上现在我的case是re-open并且是in-processing。但我们
再也没有收到audit，因为旧的audit已经过期了，律师发了无数次的信要求重新发
audit，以便公司答复。但就是没有回音。律师说全美国只有6个这种case。让我们摊上
了。
律师提了几个选项：
1。给DOL的主管写信投诉。一个月前发的信，结果还是没有答复。
2。起诉DOL，但公司暂时不想这么做。怕把DOL激怒，反而deny这个case。
3。给congressman，写信投诉。一周内公司会写好信，寄出。
请问大家有没有遇到过类似的情况？有没有什么其他的办法。

发帖数: 243 | 8 Update: 今天终于给USCIS打通电话了。给没法查到case status的同学们点update。
首先是让我电话里输入10 digits case number，我输入了好几遍，都是告诉我位数不
对。显然这是系统里找不到我case的藉口。
后来没办法，我只能选lost receipt，终于找到rep说话了，问了我一堆信息后，说要
给我转customer service。（不知道他们是干什么的）
后来又等了10分钟，终于跟customer service说上话了，说一查我的case收到了，一切
都正常。还说还有好多人和我这问题一样，这是他们的technical problem，他们在努
力解决，但是不知道多久能fix。
总之一句话，打电话基本是浪费时间，没办法，虽然在人家的船上呢。 |

t find my case in the online system either.
I called USCIS twice and the second tier officer told me that there are some
technical issues, but it won't affect the progress of my case.
I asked her when I can expect to see my case in the online system. She said
there is no guarantee and it is only a courtesy to provide the information
through online system.

好情况帮我转。转到了一个阿三口音的接线员。 被告知：case太多，很多人都查不到
，你的case没问题。我说：已经3个多月还不能online? 他态度很差的把话重复一次：
case太多，很多人都查不到，你的case没问题。我问：为什么很多我后面的都能查到。
他态度很差的把话又重复一次。没辙了，我。只好挂了，谢谢他。挂了电话，我就xxxx

就可以知道每个case的timeline了，而且不用track没用的case number，只要track 48
5的case number就好了，别的都不那么重要，这样可以省掉不小数据库的负担。

case number and in the email:
"this is a confirmation email that the ETA form 9089 - application for
permanent employment certification for company name sponsoring my name for

Actually I did not know the meaning of case number until yesterday I found
it online. I found that not only the year was wrong, but also the date.

11/2014 我的case转到TSC
1/2015 LD的case转到TSC
2/2015 又一次current了 至今没有case的任何消息 file了online SR 一个多月也没有
回复
1/2015 问了议员 议员过了近一个月回话说 uscis会看我的case并在30-60天内给消息
这就快到30天了
感觉是被uscis故意放鸽子一样 就是不让我拿卡 就不给 就不给 |

能转T2了，太晚了。今天打电话，问T1，谁work on my case，那人说不能告诉我谁，
说我的case is being actively worked on，很疑惑，T1有权限看到那么多嘛？还是就
是敷衍我一下呢？NSC，如果是真的，看来会是好消息。
我的case早在一年前，主卡和副卡人都被rfe了，140重新申请时也被rfe了，NSC非常喜
欢rfe是真的，不过不知道会不会再被rfe一遍。 |

case分别去改，还是只改一个就可以了？
除了online去改，还要不要打移民局客服去改呢？老听说网上改地址后，文件还是往老
地址寄，这个有什么好的解决方法吗。
此外，我EAD renew的收据还没收到，是不是最起码要等收到收据才好改啊？

interview 过后1周PD 就roll back。
先发了个SR，response 回来时说我的case 是EB2， 我TMD 是原装EB3.。 再发个SR 问
，得了个这个 ， 让我等6个月。。我的case只需要最后approve 一下呀！！。 从NSC
给转到local office interview （遇见个老越移民官当时不肯approve GC，要她的
supervisor vacation 回来approve，结果一周后roll back）之后4个月后再转给TSC
Center， 有没有比我们更倒霉了，哪个流程慢然我么走哪个， 哪个processing
center 慢我们给转到哪个center ，然后遇见了一堆光吃饭不干活的混蛋，如果再roll
back 我们就是miss PD 两次。。每次都是好几个月时间TMD活生生的给USCIS 大爷们
耽误了，

assigned to an officer。比较奇怪的是2周前的SR response说"You case is
currently under review by an officer. You should receive a decision,
correspondence or notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this
letter"，那么是否可以认为SR的时垃圾回复，case根本就没有assigned to an
officer呢？
另外这个pre-adjudicated是指everything is ready只要visa number一avaialable就
可以approve还是说还在to be reviewed by an officer呢？
话说移民官还是比较Nice的，帮着打出来律师做的SR的回复的原件（律师只是告知了一

further examination”，让他们等30-45天再查询。这是case根本就没有assigned to
an officer的意思么？
当时没想起来问是什么原因returned to adjudicating officer，只是问了一下我接下
来该怎么办。众议员办公室staff member的意思是他们只能make sure USCIS being
responsive, in this case, the agency is being responsive by responding to
their query，这是说除了等没有其他办法了么？还可以再催他们问问具体原因么？
另外联系这个众议员办公室之前联系了参议员办公室，一直得不到回复、找不到case
worker，所以又联系了这个众议员。不知道这个staff member怎么知道了这个事情，让
我不要联系多个议员 :( 但是这些办公室不给力眼见着我的宝贵时间就这么被不停地
浪费了。。。

case在normal processing time。看来要么系统还认为我的case在TSC, 要么NSC的4个
月是从transfer date 开始。收到的797通知没有新的case号，我是用SRC的查的 |

6月初从nsc收到通知case被转到nbc，两周后收到了interview notice for end of
july in sf。原因应该是我跟老公结婚一周后就提交了485。老公是第三国，所以他从
h4直接收到了ead，我们没有排期。。
从rd到面试天总共的时间是将近8个月的等待。我面试前还换了工作，开了新工作证明
跟以前一样。我的title换了，工作内容也算变化不大。
面试当天：
面试官是一个非洲人，英语也说得不清楚，老公好几句都没听懂，感慨下这个国度的奇
妙。先是问了婚姻的真实性，面试官看起来完全相信了我们，因为我们提供了所有恋爱
的证据，照片，婚礼，blah blah都提供了。
我跟老公先是一起面试，后来她请我老公出去，把我一个人留下过了一遍我的
485application，问了我的地址电话，我老公电话，问我的工作，还问了我两次我到底

eb 485，但我在case tracker上看我这些case的那些天的所有eb485，就会显
示有3000多，不知道为什么，所以想有别的号的，后面数字不同是类别不同吗？还是时

2018年1月底收到通知case转到NBC，然后昨天收到NBC的一封纸质的信，粉色的，title
是“Courtesy Letter to Applicant”
主要是是说他们在审我们485材料的时候发现主副申请人的zip code不一样（我们两地
，我是副申请人）。然后写到
"You will be required to submit information and evidence to overcome the

是彻彻底底把100%的机会变成30%。。。
0506年欧冠决赛，莱曼上半场20分钟不到禁区外扑倒单刀的埃托奥，久利补射将球打进
。最终裁判认定莱曼先犯规，红牌+禁区前沿任意球，可是生生将100%的进球换成了成
功率不到30%的直接任意球。
看似巴萨应该吃亏了吧，可是实际上70分钟以多打少，巴萨最终笑到了最后。究其原因
，很重要的一点是阿森纳10人应战。
说这个CASE就想说明点球+红牌在大多数比赛中是对攻方有利的。很多时候防守方用这
种方式陪了夫人又折兵，红牌也判了，点球也进了。这应该算是防守方的一次冒险行动
，赌赢赌输主动权还是在功方手里的。
苏英雄这个CASE也一样，只是时间点上，稍微有利于防守方而已。就整体而言，这个判
罚规则没有什么问题。
另外想起了另一个CASE，葡萄牙打法国的欧洲杯半决赛，葡萄牙的沙维尔用手有意无意
的挡住了法国的必进射门，被红牌罚下，最后齐达内点球一蹴而就，金球淘汰葡萄牙。

case。
本来不想难为卖家，好歹是中国人，也不指望他会寄part给我，也没有想过我出运费运
回中国。
结果我点击contact seller，在ebay一个问题一个问题的选择下的结果是开了case呵呵
。卖家就紧张了，一天几个email让我close case。今天说part已经寄出，30天内到。
email说的我不close case不仗义，反而让我觉得怪怪的呵呵

would NOT be happy to see ZL's case is a hot topic now.
But why? why would you want to see it cold? The fact so many people
discussing about it generates interests, resources, and critical information
that may be overlooked previously or new information. Given the latest
