have an opaque mirror finish, but when they touch the surface of the board,

其实不叫"So You Think You Can Deadlift", 不过也是ElitFTS那帮人搞的, 而且和"
So you think you can squat"的形式很接近, 发在这里给大家看看:
亮点:
1) Toes slightly out. 这个我以前不知道.
2) Take the slack out of the bar. 就是起杆前轻微用力把杆子抬起来紧紧挨着铁块
. 这个我以前也不知道.
3) Throw head back at the top. 这个我知道, 但从来不做, 因为不知道为什么. 这
回知道为什么了.
3) 落臀, 抬头, 开拉一气呵成. 我一直都三步曲, 1) 落臀, 2) 抬头, 3) 开拉. 汗.
视频里的示范学生每次放下杆子后杆子都离他的shin很远(注意起杆前杆子是紧挨着他
的shin的), 下一个rep前都需要reset, 我自己也有这个问题. 不知道Brian Carroll为
什么没有提及.

PATS这一年的第一场比赛是客场挑战纽约喷射机队。在这之前的一个赛季，喷射机队在Pa
rcells(以及Belichick)的带领下，一路杀进了美联决赛，经过艰苦奋战，终于不敌当年
神勇无比的野马队，败下阵来。但是虽败犹荣。喷射机队是当年唯一一支真正对野马构成
威胁的球队。比赛中一度领先，让Elway率领的野马们着实出了一把冷汗。最后Elway那出
老大的气势，在第三节0：10落后的情况下，连得23分,一举翻盘。在之后的超级碗中更是
如履平地，轻松夺冠，实现两连霸。喷射机虽然没能进军超级碗，但是雄心勃勃，被众名
嘴们一致看好，“金枪鱼碗 Tuna Bowl"一时间甚嚣尘上，沸沸扬扬，令人好不气愤。
在这之前的一年，爱国者以美联东区第四的身份出线，和喷射机，海豚，水牛们一起杀入
季后赛。东区唯一没有出线的是3胜13负的可怜的INDY小马，在Manning的带领下苦苦挣扎
。东区之强大到达了顶峰。在季后赛中朱面面领军的爱国者10：25不敌美洲豹，败下阵来
。新的一年，又是些许憧憬，漫漫豪情，期待着一场好杀。

反正我是完全的想不通，
前几年bobby engram还在的时候，海鸟的wr阵容还是不错的。
然后就闹wr慌了，courtey taylor那种标准水货居然也先发过。
然后去年burlersson伤愈，加护士，加branch, 都是过气的，
跟哈扫把也没化学反应。但总算也都是proven 的WR。
结果offseason的时候倒好，先是放burlesson去lions当先发。
然后浪费700万，把护士release, 最后留下个最差的branch。
难道他们家的bench上有很多牛逼WR？ |

的缘故。好像胖tuna 赛后也没说啥。。。
Actually the play that really set the JETS back for years was Dan Marino's
fake spike, not only it finished JETS season for that year from 6-5 to 6-10,
it also finished pete carroll's first tour in NFL. After that, it came to
the dark ages of rich kotite years which ultimately led to bill parcells...
Those years were really tough for the Jets fans, hoho. |

不过，Pete Carrol似乎很看重或者说希望他在YAC(yard after catch)方面的发挥。
海鸟很多时候似乎是把他当TE用的。目标很多，在PPR，潜力不小。而且红区吃肉。
另外，目前NFL有一个小趋势是，用big-size WR。MW的身高体重，极其类似Megatron。
虽然资质不如后者，但是海鸟毫无疑问的#1 WR。 |
