消耗可能200或者更少吧
餐馆的东西偶尔网上可以查到热量吧,
如果是快餐,连锁店网上都有热量。
sushi的话超市里面买的package上面都有food label。
中餐的话前些日子正好看到报纸上讨论,一般一个entree配上米饭都是1000+,
有肉的菜一般1500+,西餐估计也不会好太多。
不过我一般很少算这个,去餐馆吃饭一般怎么也难以减肥了,所以干脆不算了,呵呵。
