几年前车祸把车撞坏了，no drugs or alcohol is involved.
收到一张careless driving ticket，不到100块钱，没有arrest，没有上庭，pled
guilty, 交罚款了事
这种情况下面这两个情况要填yes吗？
Been arrested, cited, charged, or detained for any reason by any law
enforcement official
Pled guilty to or been convicted of a crime or offense

在有一些州，比如Virginia州，careless driving是criminal charge，
会留下犯罪记录。 |

这个不影响绿卡。但是，如果你隐瞒不报，移民官会可能会认为你不诚实，
有什么东西你想要故意隐瞒，轻的会再次进行审查，重的就直接拒绝绿卡。
“不诚实”比careless driving性质更恶劣。 |

vehicle must be richer than carless people? If so it should be progressive
as well.
admission fee is a more fair way. Same as highway toll, rather than a car
tax. |

vehicle fee to cover it, then it will make parks totally free to those
carless people. And those people with cars won't remember they paid for
it.
Raising money for a good cause, doesn't justify a wrong way to raise
money, let alone a wrong way to use money.
The road to hell is ALWAYS paved with good intentions, and guided by some
malicious politicians.

发帖数: 4385 | 13 carless是事故罚单里很轻的处罚，而且没有损毁公路设施，基本没什么事。
上法庭求情，说你已经很注意车速，但是担心后面的车追尾，所以车速接近车流，失控
很可能是你冲过水洼造成的。
以后注意，路滑急打方向盘和轻刹车都会出事。正确做法是松油门把住方向盘，有abs
的要踩死刹车。
你只是驾驶经验不足，不属于鲁莽驾驶。
