发帖数: 2173 | 7 如果有让国内亲属使用boa debit card在建行atm取现的需求，可以申个 mini card 跟普
通卡一样用。
cs说 mini card除了不能在atm取现，其他功能跟主卡完全一样(包括卡号，cvv都一样)
，但我试过，卡上有磁条，只要不把卡的外壳掰下来，用mini card在boa atm里取现，
deposit check都没问题。也就是说，boa可以1个checking账户，可以同时有两张能在
atm取现的卡, free of charge。保险起见，可以把主卡给国内的亲戚使用，自己mini
card在美国还能deposit check。
另外，密码4位六位，国内atm好像都可以，我记得我是六位。香港的建行(亚洲) atm也
可以使用，no fee。
缺点，想办mini card，就不能有customized card design。如果你的卡是上面有照片
的学校联名卡等就不能办了，要重新办个大红色的默认debit card才能申请mini card。 |

（1）用信用卡买cash card时候没有2%
（2）用Cash Card但不出示Member Card，也没有2%。这种情况属于忘带Member Card，
或是把Cash Card给没有Member Card的人用。
（3）同时用Cash Card和Member Card，就有2%了。
明天去Costco打算亲自向Customer Service求证。

我三周前申请了sunglasshut e-gift card，店家说不能用，店家会回报Discover，
我自己也回报Discover，Discover 就把点数退回我的帐户，

prepaid card那个卡有两百的，但vgc只有50和100的。所以就选择了visa prepaid
card。在target买了张target prepaid card。拿到walmart去买mo没有成功。第一次直
接认为是credit card。第二次我很快按了取消键，让输密码。输了卡的后四位。结果
说debit is unavailable。看来这个卡不能买mo。
想请问有人用过Target Visa Gift Card买mo吗？可以吗？谢谢！
另外，walmart的mo从0.7涨到了0.88。不知道是不是系统也改了，所以买不了，还是
target visa prepaid card从来都不能买mo。 |

不知道本版有没有人认识。
University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee 访问学者Fan Xia，
参与gift card scam被捕，而且被定罪convicted。
他们是这么操作的：
1，印度的人给美国受害者打电话，骗说欠IRS的钱，让受害者去买target gift card。
2，受害者把买来的Target gift card告诉印度骗子。
3，印度骗子把Target gift card 告诉Fan Xia。
4，Fan Xia 去Target用骗来的Target gift card买iTunes gift card。
5，Fan Xia 再把iTunes gift card告诉中国的销售商。
6，中国的销售商把iTunes gift card卖给消费者。
我只能说，这是个败类。
不只参与骗局害美国一般老百姓，还让合法撸卡的人更难了。 |
