吧。那你就算了吧。我在国内的朋友愿意出20万人民币买钻戒的，都是家里有个几千万
的。你男朋友家明显没那么多钱，那就不要买那么好的。其实，你如果不要求3C的话，
1克拉的钻石很便宜，也就3000-5000美元吧。你不如让他在网上订个1 carat的，让你
在美国的朋友带回去。zales, Kay都是美国比较大众的珠宝商，类似于国内的周大福，
你可以上网看看，选一个。tiffany和cartier的牌子费太贵了。

$10k +800(tax). Since then, Tiffany has increased its price twice or three
times, so the current retail price should be much higher. Round, 0.92 Carat,
F, VS1, Excellent Cut. Comes with original box and packaging, original
sales receipt, Tiffany certificate, Tiffany appraisal letter.
The ring is rarely used at all! And it literally just sat in the box since
April 2010.
I am asking for $7.5k for the ring.

cut务必要excellent或以上的，再高一级好像叫什么signature excellent我觉得没必
要。
我自己买的H色。什么颜色叫好，这个见仁见智。有的人对颜色特别敏感，非要DEF色。
我是看不出H色哪里“偏黄”。你可以带老婆到local珠宝店里去看。
clarity我买的VS2，这个不多说了，自己看定义。
另外务必要到local珠宝店里去试尺寸，他们免费给寄来的那个不准的。虽然说买好之
后尺寸不合适他们也负责免费改，但是听说改过尺寸的戒指的钻容易掉……
另不要买1.00克拉的，这种整数的贵到死。买个什么1.11之类的，在中国人文化里还有
一生一世的含义，还讨个口彩。 |

美国海军首艘近海战舰昨天抵达新加坡展开为期八个月的部署，而美国也已计划在
2015年以前，向我国派遣第二艘近海战舰。
美军近海战舰“自由号”（USS Freedom）昨早徐徐进入樟宜军港，美国驻新加坡大
使海大卫（David Adelman）到场迎接。我国海军舰队指挥官罗基石上校也出席上午的
仪式。
海大卫过后在军舰上致辞时表示，自由号在新加坡部署是“历史性”的，是新美两
国关系的重要里程碑。
他说：“自由号在新加坡的部署，是个历史使命，也为美国和新加坡在东南亚推动
和平和繁荣方面持久的合作关系谱写新篇章。”
我国国防部受询时指出，我国多年来都允许外国军机和军舰使用我国的设施。自由
号停靠樟宜军港期间，我国将提供物流与补给上的援助。
发言人说：“我国支持近海战舰在新加坡的部署，新美双方向来相信美国在亚太区
