共和党总统候选人 Fiorina 曾经指控：克林顿基金会只有 6% 的钱是用在慈善事业上
。Fact Check 说这误会是因为他只计算了克林顿基金会拨款给其他慈善机构的金额。
但是柯林顿基金会与其他基金会不同，他们不是个专门发钱的过路财神，而是自己直接
做了很多慈善事业。所以发出去的钱并不多，而自己用掉的才是大宗。所以 6% 的指控
是个误会。
Fact Check 引用了另外一个监督组织 Charity Watch 的审核，该审核认定他们 89%

的概率很大，所以想问问大家有什么办法？
现在我自己的考虑是尽快出境，从国内工作，这样不断的push back H1B的expiration
时间，直到PERM结束file140, 不知这样可行吗？老板那里问题不大。
2。Immigration，即在H1B的expiration之前365天内file 的Perm, 一年以后H1B可以申
请延期，即使PERM仍然pending.
请问这个365天可不可以包括递交Perm之后re-capture的H1B时间。比如说， 我201303
交的Perm, 201311 H1B到期，如果我现在开始从国内工作5个月，这样可以re-capture
5个月的H1B到201403。
这种情况，可以算我的Perm是H1B的expiration之前365天内file 的吗？如果可以我在
201403即可以延期H1B，不需等到audit结束
3。在H1B结束前的15天入境美国，会有问题吗？签证有了去年申请的多次往返，还有效。

有 sound 和 motion alert。 sound alert 基本没用，
调到 sensitive， 会有很多 false alarm。 motion alert
挺不错的， 可以发信到 gmail， 再在 gmail 上设手机 notification.
cam 上的 speaker 也很好用， 小孩回来可以叫她们做功课。 也可以听到她们
的回答， 勉强可以作为 2-way communication.
画质也可以， 白天可以见到3米外鱼缸里的鱼。 晚上全黑的情况下也能见到鱼
眼的反光， 也能看清几个房间的地方。 如果晚上在楼上听到异响， 或收
到 alert， 可以通过手机看楼下的情况。
另外 alert 可以调时间段， 可以设定在没人在家， 或晚上才 activate.
我家的小黑屋一个 cam 刚好能 cover 四个门进口， 所以也不需要装几个了，
一个 cam 也不需要月费， 在公司， 路上， 或旅游在外的时候都能

somebody just ring the machine to walk around in the mall to capture these
information.

前天看到Discover上有一笔1300多刀的charge
打给客服，说是在离家30麦的一家Granite Marble store刷卡消费的
可是卡明明一直在我钱包里，不知道怎么刷的
昨天顺便检查钱包里另一张Chase Freedom, 通常用来买菜用的
惊讶的发现从8月底开始，每天都有一笔加油站的消费，都是$120左右
近30天来一共刷掉了$3500左右
打给客服，说是在离家60麦开外的几家油站(Chevron, Exxon, Shell, etc)刷卡的
赶快检查钱包里其他几张卡，貌似尚未中招。
网上盗用卡号还好理解，这两张卡明明一直在我钱包里
怎么能够physically刷卡呢？
难道骗子能够复制信用卡？
