Three years before McCain's release from captivity,
future education professor Ayers exclaimed, "Kill

courtiers. The popular media are courtiers. The Democrats, like the
Republicans, are courtiers. Our pundits and experts are courtiers. We are
captivated by the hollow stagecraft of political theater as we are
ruthlessly stripped of power. It is smoke and mirrors, tricks and con games.

By now the comparison between President Barack Obama and former-President
Jimmy Carter is well established. Both Presidents came to power only after
the overhyped "death" of the Republican Party in 1976 and 2008, both
Presidents had promised renewed peace and talks with our chief (which both
