没有微波炉， 没有冰箱什么的， 就是放在屋子里。做了很多研究。经验如下：
1） 买 lunchable，然后再带一小盒水果 （例如草莓，蓝莓，哈密瓜之类的） 一袋
caprisun 饮料，头天冻冰箱里当冰袋用。到中午当饮料。
2） 早上起来炒饭，炒面。 一个酸奶。一个苹果。 一瓶水冻好。
3） 自己烤面包，我家儿子不爱吃甜面包，一般做火腿面包，热狗面包。 一小盒水果
，或者蔬菜沙拉。冻好的饮料。
4） 蒸馒头，做成荷叶饼的样子，里面夹卤肉，或者鸡丝，或者牛肉干，或者猪肉脯。
加个卤蛋。 水果，冻饮料。
5） 普通汉堡面包，买超市里的汉堡料，加热。 再切两片西红柿。蔬菜沙拉。
6） 简单的三明治。 水果，酸奶。
总之，妈妈的力量是无穷的。 |
