BOA的卡的封面design基本上一样……有两张，一张是Cash Reward……另一张是Better
Balance……都是一样的design只是一张是Master一张是VISA，并不容易鉴别……所以
，觉得，Better Balance还是走猥琐流吧，放在家里，一个月消费一次买个水喝什么的
好了，不然拿在手里不好区别，丢了也不好发现……
2. 蓝鸟问题
之前想在HEB用AMEX Blue Cash Preferred买白香草，于是开了蓝鸟，第二天去买白香
草，结果不允许用CC……于是蓝鸟基本上废了……VISA gc什么的最高店里只有200刀的
……没必要折腾了……所以收到蓝鸟的卡之后，一直没有activate。今天收到email，
remind activate……在想，要不要就不理了？放家里不管了，不激活了？激活之后长
时间balance是0是不是也不太好？万一哪天开始收费了什么？还是要去把蓝鸟关了？以
后再开？之前没怎么接触过……求指导

2012年9月有ssn， F1, Ph.D. student with a salary of~25000(要不要带上学费5W+
？）
2013年1月底开的第一张信用卡，BOA 123,1500 limit, 1 hard pull.用的很频繁，记
录良好。
2013年三四月手痒忍不住又申请了cap1的这个1.5%reward的卡，还有blue cash, chase
以及巴克莱银行的卡，+4 hard pull，全被拒了.
想在下个月够六个月记录的时候再申请一下cap1的这个Quicksilver Cash Rewards
Credit Card （1.5% reward for all),请高手目测一下有没有戏啊？不想白添hard
pull，本来申卡就是为了长分的嘛别没申到还hurt my credit profile. |

其实挺烂的，而且对信用记录要求很高。等楼主在过一段时间养养记录可以申FIA AMEX
，真正的神卡。 |

后门电话能直接接通到credit analysts/Credit Departments / Account Managers /
Account Specialists，这些人能reconsider and decide大家的信用卡申请，信用额度
增加，利率高低等并且立马实行。但是后门电话也不是万能的 不能不顾自己的credit
见好卡就申 不过就打后门电话 还是要硬件条件做好了才是正道，最近就有几个ua被拒
reconsider成功 但是全部chase卡全部被关的情况
如果大家发现有的电话号码换了 打不通了 或者发现有新增号码 请pm我 我改进 增减

据版上已经被转卡的SCHWAB用户说,转了之后仍然是2%的卡.
实际上果园卡被卖到CAP1之后,如果CAP1厚道,留下2%也是正常的.CAP1家也有2%的卡. |

有点畏首畏脚，来美国的时候还没ssn。用税号申请了张cp1 500的信用卡，拿到ssn后
第一张是WF的押金卡存了900，银行小二信誓旦旦半年后转卡，可是没有转成，申请3次
后下卡给了700额度，立即取消押金卡，一年后我的wf第一张信用卡额度才到1400该死
，在此期间申请了 开始了疯狂申卡历程，连无人问津的华美银行，bank of west 我都
上，那时候是没头没脑的看到信用卡就想申，还弄了一大堆的store card ,还每2个礼
拜就打电话去要求申请提额毫不在乎那hard pull，2年来，成功如下：
CHase freedom ,chase S.P ,AMEX blue everyday ,Chase Southwest ,Discover it ,
Citi denvied ,BOA travel reward ,Felidlity神卡

你的730分数是虚的.所有人的信用记录建立起来之后,因为上面没有负面记录,因此按照
各大局的计算模型,你的分数肯定都在700+.但这不代表CREDITOR对你的认可.未来再申
卡的时候你就会发现,CREDITOR对于你的分数基本上是无视的,分数只是一个非常笼统地
概括你的信用情况的概念,UNDERWRITER更注重的是你的信用历史长度,有否迟还款,DEBT
RATIO,HARD PULL的数量这些.
其次,PREAPPROVE=NOTHING.
已多次指出,信用卡公司负责发广告的部门和审批的部门是没有相交的.发广告的部门只
要从信用局取得你的资料,有了你的名字和地址,就可以发"PREAPPROVE"的信了.你用这
些信申请和在没有这些信的情况下申请,基本上没有任何差别.
AMEX给你6000多的CL是属于慷慨,CAP1给你500是体现他们的务实,不能因为拿了个高的
CL就感觉自己的信用真的上去了,也不要因为人家只给你500的CL就觉得人家鄙视你.

嗯.HSBC早前发了公布,美国的业务会集中在COMMERCIAL BANKING.
所以把信用卡部门卖了个CAP1,当然,那个HSBC PREMIER不受影响.
像HOUSEHOLD和ORCHARD这两个HSBC下面最大的马甲,现在都收归CAP1了.
整合预计在2012年二季度完成. |

但你的情况是,你已经刚申了一张CAP1,并且额度不高,实际上这代表了CAP1能给予你的
最高额度了.如果你再申,第二张应该就不批了.

large cap1个midcap1个smallcap，都是stock fund，表现一般般好。
除了黑马，我公司提供的20多只fund没一个能跑赢大盘。上半年的rebalance比较频繁
，几乎每月一次，都是在大涨的当天清仓，等下一次回调又满舱进入。但是
internatioanl investment在7月因欧洲债务危机被重创，所以俺的唯一一匹黑马也不
会再黑了，已于7月初soldout。
上半年6个月的Cumulative Rate of Return: 9.40%
个人感觉下半年不会出现持续增长，只会震荡小幅上涨抑或震荡走低，所以走短线尤为
重要。不可再采用过去几年闭着眼睛随它涨的态度。
前6个月大盘曾一度增长至10%，您手中的fund跑赢大盘了吗？ |

CLs. (after soft CLI)
They are preferred because even if you have a low cl in your aor, you can
relocate (when available) cl to the new cards. -- so check which issuers
are able to relocate your cl between cards, and what are the limitation.
Usually citi/boa/chase/amex allow you to relocate. discover not, and hsbc
only one cards. check by yourself on fwf about cap1, etc.
