cleanroom 硅片常见加工过程都比较熟悉，动手能力比较强
机械工程常用的工具像autocad, labview, g-code, 及各种machine, 等等都是天天用
喜欢做simulation和计算，最熟的环境是MATLAB 和COMSOL, 也会一点python
理论背景还算比较强，PhD读的机械工程，个人特别喜欢物理和数学，读了一个物理的
minor,又修了数学的课程。所以对半导体物理，固态物理，光学，量子力学理解的比较
好。对解偏微分方程，常见的各种计算，模拟也比较容易上手。
到现在为止作了一年机械工程postdoc. PhD和postdoc 的项目都偏微流动。
感觉自己的硬伤是，MEMS 方向没有机会动手做过sensor. 虽然理论上对常见的sensor

白天在公司花了点时间研究了下retaining wall 的结构到底是咋样的，了解到有好几
种不同的类型，
大多数造gravity wall, 其次是piling wall, cantilever wall 等等。。
感觉到没有一个和楼主的图相似的，如果我的感觉对头，猜想将会存在问题，这墙未来
可能随时会移位。认为楼主应该请专家来做个鉴定。楼主可以和邻居说周六的雨引起了
一点变化，或许造得真有问题，打算自己出钱请人来看一下，因为这关系到自家的地质
和房子。如果邻居不同意入他家检查，上访到city求许可，如果building department
也推托，我想楼主需要学学白胖妹，call 议员，如果议员也推托，上访市长。很同意
29楼同学说的，书生造反，十年不成。但是只要抱着希望，只要还有地方可上访，为什
么不去争取呢？如果楼主能够证明这墙不符合标准，这对你是非常有利的。不然只能忍

装chain装pedal，装derailleur/brake cable，调前后derailleur/brake，装head set
今天去的时候居然上次带我的师傅记得我名字，觉得好开心呀~ 而且这次抓到我最喜欢
的一个师傅教我最想学的derailleur/刹车，是几次以来最开心的一次了，感觉学到很
多。
derailleur cable housing剪三截，车头两节长度是车把转到极限拉紧再放几个inch的
长度；rear derailleur一截是拉紧慢慢放松刚刚将要顶动derailleur的长度。cable
housing头上用grinder磨平以后用针捅一捅。cable穿进去以后松着调low limit，拉住
cable guitar string tight上紧，shift过来调high limit，然后上上下下各种调，边
调边听声音。保证front gear在中间的时候rear gear各级都不会蹭到链子，用力用手
往下压cable也不会掉链子。

后得先试子弹 不同的Sabot各买一两合 在50米先固定枪测分布如果难看就放弃这个牌
子的 满意再试100米 选定子弹牌子再调镜子
所以第一次投资很大 |

4. 什么材料都不说
5. 要是铝的，螺丝太少了,不结实
6. 你的管要是cantilever的话，没有sights, 要see thru做甚
7. 太高了，腮帮贴墙托，眼睛肯定看不到，不在scope的光学轴线上
8. 谁都可以装上，但新手装得好的可能性很小。
需要考虑:
1. 选择合适高度的镜环，这样眼睛才能在光学轴线上，不用抬头也不用低头翻眼。
2. mount在合适的水平位置上，使得eye relief正好,自然姿势看到境内视野全亮。
3. clean ring, mounting base, no oil
4. 螺丝上blue loctite
5. 确保镜子的reticle是和枪横平竖直的，需要用小的level,当然了，可别上反了
6. 所有螺丝torque上得均匀,合适，不松不紧。而且要一起，渐进。 |
