在我的怂恿下，我们Manuel Antonio报名参加了 titi zipline canopy tour。
Mengmeng竟然以为我不敢玩：P。其实有点像rock climbing 的装备，不过这个zipline
是架在树上的，终于感受到功夫片里的飞檐走壁，或者尝试一下当猴子的感觉，在山林
间荡来荡去。我们的guide自称是’funky monkey’, 给我们讲解了注意事项，主要是
身体要直，不然会摆来摆去，还有不要过分减速，不然停在半中间还要自己爬到对面。
第一次荡过去的时候，我还真有点怕，两个腿悬空，下面是不可见底的深渊，全凭这根
绳子吊着，不过豁出去了，这次就要疯疯癫癫过把瘾。出发，耳边呼呼风声，树枝啊，
天上的云的影子啊，刷刷从眼前闪过，转眼间我已到对岸。接下来一个比较快，于是我
早早做好减速的准备，可惜过犹不及，我还没到终点就停下来了，还好funky monkey事
先有讲过，于是我就背过身去，攀着绳子爬过去，嘻嘻，彻底成猴子了。Guide还说我
’good job!’呢。

加拿大政府宣布娱乐用大麻于2018年7月合法化后，本周加国大麻生产商的股价全面暴
涨。最大的一间是Canopy Growth Corp.，周一股价涨了11%，另一间大公司Aphria也涨
了8.4%。
预计政府于4月初提呈有关大麻合法化的法案，将带起一波股价涨潮。
目前，加拿大卫生部许可的大麻生产商共有39家。这些公司种植医用大麻，患者通过邮
寄购买。其中一些公司投入巨额扩大种植量，押注政府开绿灯后，大举侵占市场份额。
不仅是生产商，行业内销售圈也会是大赢家，包括Shoppers Drug Mart、London Drugs
和Jean Coutu等药店。
不过前提是各省政府允许这些药店销售大麻。
目前，政府没有明确大麻合法化之后，如何规管销售，而是让各省政府自行决定。
代表15家获许可生产商的加拿大大麻协会负责人Colette Rivet表示，该协会的成员倾
向于维持目前医用大麻邮递订购的方式，未来推广到娱乐用大麻的销售。但是他也承认
，零售大麻“完全有可能”。

played any VB since March. It start with pain when I swing my arm, after a
while my shoulder get really stiff, and I can not even raise my arm. seem
doctor can not help except suggest my for some physical recipe. hopefully it
can fully recover without surgery.

年份的改进，怎么搞deal，还去店里试了很多种。别以为店员什么都懂，好多都一问三
不知，或者胡说八道，包括bel bambini这样的名人精品店。举个最简单的例子，我问
店员city select改成double的时候如果不把second seat拿下来，能不能折起来，折起
来有多大，没人知道。

敢进好珊瑚，就是原来的那些LPS，还活得挺快活得。 最近的更新有
1. 尝试了dose 维他命C，效果非常明显，抑制了Hair algae的生长不说，似乎Zoa的表
现比以前好了，不知道是不是精神作用。
2. 因为一对小丑鱼的公鱼勇敢的从鱼缸上面跳出去了，第一次被我LD发现擒会鱼缸，
第二次是家里没人的时候，回家来他都干了。。。。于是动手设计Canopy做了一个自己
的canopy，本来想模仿鸟巢来着，后来一看这名设计师设计出来的东西抄还真不容易，
只好设计了一个Stained glass效果的Canopy。 DIY的过程也很辛苦 入后慢慢贴来
3. 把70W的MH换成了150W了，放在做好的Canopy里边，不过似乎水温有所升高，在考虑
是不是把Canopy拆下来然后装个风扇进去呢，不过那样动作就有点大了，而且噪音也会
比较到，不过增加了挥发能提高ORP还能降低温度波动。
4. LFS的鱼不能第一天买，买了个Algae blenny回家就死了，靠，估计运输过来的时候
鱼已经不行了，不该那么着急买回来 |

不过，虽然合法大麻“滞销”，但加拿大黑市却销量火爆。
据英国《金融时报》11月23日报道，加政府最新数据显示，截至8月底，全国大麻库存
接近400吨，可以满足两年半的需求。与此同时，因合法和非法大麻经销商在争夺市场

别的stroller。这个时候stoller没有那么重要，大人没有太多精力活动，小孩坐
stoller的机会也不多，可是别忘了，stoller要用到四岁呢！
chicco不是低档货，象前面wazf2000说的，是穷人高档货，如果还是穷学生，有娃就是
超前了，别的先不用讲究了。如果两口子都上班了，真的没必要让大人孩子受这个罪。
“1. 我住在佛州，太阳不会比加州小，夏天能晒到晚上7，8点。chicco的canopy虽然比
city mini小，但他可调节，可以随光线的变化调节，空出来的部分我用一块漂亮的毯
子或者布遮着。就这点city mini的canopy再大，到了夕晒的时候还是不一定能解决。
还有就是朋友跟我说过，他家孩子就讨厌mini那大篷子，挡着他看东西，老想站起来，
所以我们认为的好处，孩子不一定喜欢。”

fraction of skydivers are actually doing it, although lots of skydivers are
talking about it.
BASE jumpers use different gears. They are also very skilled in free fall
and canopy flight. They don't have reserve canopy. Actually, they jump the
reserve canopy. (In skydiving, main and reserve canopies are different.) I
guess you need to be a very experienced skydiver (maybe D-license) to do it,

国家。加拿大一家生产大麻的企业Canopy Growth迎来了春天，心花怒放：终于可以堂
堂正正买大麻，这种感觉实在是太美妙了，他们仿佛听到了大量的金钱流动的声音。

需要的feature
轻便，方便折叠，折叠后占地小，Recline角度大，宝宝可以很舒服的nap, large
canopy.
现在在考虑Maclaren Quest 和 Uppababy G-LUX
开始考虑过Maclaren Triumph,不过去店里看发现recline的角度很小，宝宝睡觉不舒服。
Maclaren Quest各方面条件都符合，除了canopy不够大
后来发现了Uppababy G-lux, review不错，很轻，canopy也很大，就是不知道recline
角度大不
大，babyrus没有这款，没法实地考证，不知道版上有没有mm用过.

洪都拉斯的Roatan城市是个临海的小岛，比起前几个加勒比海的城市，它没有那么繁华
，是一个淳朴的未完全开发的小城。他们的downtown，有点象80年代的乡镇的供销社。
我们从网上看到有个叫Victor的agent十分可靠；但是他今天有十几个游客，所以他把我
们领到一个叫Ali的driver（跟拳王名字一样，可是长相大不相同），作为我们的perso
nal guide，旁边有一辆很旧的toyato，跟周围环境协调，恰好是80年代的车型。我们很
happy的坐进去出发了。
现在回忆一下，还就是在这个小岛上玩的最过瘾，充分利用每一分钟来享受热带的度假
感觉。第一站去了canopy：早就听说canopy好玩，Canopy就是在树丛中挂在钢索上滑行

Paragliding looks similar as canopy flight, but the actual canopy used is very different in design and fly-characteristics.
You can find a wind tunnel and try indoor skydiving. By this way, you enjoy the free fall without worrying about landing problems. |

you don't want to be on someone's chest. AFF-1 includes a half day ground
school and one jump. So plan a whole day for it. Good weather (means high

Salad，因只认识Salad这个词。
36小时后，终于在Merida的旅店中吃到了丰盛的早饭：
Merida是Venezuela的Activity Center，随便进了一个旅行社，报了Canopy和
Paragliding两个活动。
Canopy，被带到Merida城外的小山上，总共九段，间中需要仰角攀爬，结束后手都软了
，手臂上全是乌青块。不过很好玩：）。
下午的Paragliding，被开车带到西南处的高山上，向导在远处准备伞： |
