地址是 6815 Remmet Ave, Canoga Park CA 91303，就在Topanga Mall的边上，走路两
分钟到，位置非常好。房子大概是Top floor corner unit，大概620平米，很干净，也
没有噪音。厨房里冰箱，壁橱什么的都是全的。游泳池是温水的，有电梯。有一个
assigned parking，还有guest parking。
准备贴广告一年合同，$1100每个月（包括所有管理费）。这里的朋友可以给$1050每个
月。短租也可以商量，价格要贵一点。
