人追”，到接近大龄时逐渐变成“妈呀，速度不快点连稍微好点的男的都找不到啦！”
基本上来说，前一种心态的不要碰，你的个人条件再好，基本上也会被她所轻视，她会

faculty meeting, 也参与讨论最近刚刚开始的ranking。随便说说一些看到的和听到的
，供大家面试借鉴。
1. 有一个candidate, 在整个面试过程中,身体似乎僵硬，面无笑容，被一个
interviewer 直接否掉了；原因是 作为医生，首先的懂交流。
2. 要认真对待每个面试官，他们每个人给你的打分 加起来的 总分 高了，才能在第一
轮rank中居高。
3. 如果有gap,一定要准备一个合情合理的解释，否则就被认为是red flag.
4. 语言，发音：其实面试的问题还是相对局限的，找个tutor纠正发音，反复练习；至
少在面试中，让别人觉得你的英语并不差。
5. 面试中，要会讲故事；重点就是 你是 如何在 朝你的目标努力的，比如做见习，实
习，研究等等。
6. 面试之前，最好还是要了解你所要去的医院；有针对性的 告诉面试者 这个医院就
是你将来想去的地方。有个candidate,使劲讲，做完住院医，他要去如何如何去著名的
大学去做fellow,也基本上被否掉了。
7. 很强的推荐信也加分

就跟5.75附近的AMR一样，在5，6忽悠几天，就上去了
50WMA已经有翻转苗头，200WMA也是水平的，跟AMR起跳前很相似。
MACD在零上飘移，日线也是双双向上。。。调整倒是买入好机会。

其实做多我蛮喜欢这种图的， 如果放量突破就跟； 如果回调到trendline support就
跟。
不太喜欢在这个时候烧。。。
所谓support, 就是有很大可能性不会跌破的价位啊。。。 当然有可能破，一旦破乐
就stop呗，

我老听过这么多talk, 见过很多烂talk, 还从来没见过这么烂的，真是出离的愤怒啊。
phd毕业多年了，居然连怎么做talk都不知道。完全在泛泛地浅浅地survey his area，
而不是讲自己的工作。
尼玛你以为我们请你来是让你给我们科普的吗？
就算是科普，他这个科普水平也太差了。字体极小，图极小，slides感觉很cheap。英
语很差，专业基础知识也很差。
还很自以为是。
你说这种人怎么能混来interview? 我也奇怪，这厮简历还不错的。
现在看来都是他老板力挺他的，他自己学识实在有限，只能毕业了以后一直在老板手下
混。

？昨天有人转载IBD的文章讲Zero当年如何由阿拉伯势力找人推荐进Harvard Law
School，今天又有人贴了video中间Zero“口误”说到“my Muslim faith”。在联想到
Zero1996年竞选Illinois senate的时候就立马有高人相助disqualify所有其他候选人
。2004年DNC又被安排讲话。这次竞选班子比Hillary的还要老到。这不是个Manchurian

BTW，Zero说自己管理几千竞选团队是executive experience是BS。所有人的竞选班子
