that the most efficient way to carry a water bottle is to tuck it under your
armpit - not sure if it works well in

镜,直奔Aspen mountain而去。Aspen海拔7900 ft,Aspen山顶的ski lift海拔11,200
ft, Aspen mountain road大约5迈的土路,爬升3300尺。在城里的平路上跑起来就马上
感觉大不一样,jogging pace,呼吸象跑tempo一样。到了trail上爬坡时腿都软了,10
分钟之内乳酸堆积就非常厉害,在15%的坡上只能走,走走又跑,跑跑又走,心想这么
陡的破,下来就要废了。爬着爬着发现头顶上的ski lift正在运转,心想太好了,到了
顶上可以乘ski lift下去。爬了一个多小时终于到顶,心想这可能是爬坡最狠的一次了
,虽然只有5迈已经觉得可以call it a day。ski lift的工作人员说, "you hiked up,
you earned it!" 原来乘lift下去是免费的,爽!
6.6 mi/1:37:47, avg pace 14:49.

about to begin. At around the 20 mile mark, we will reach sugarloaf pass
which is over 11,000ft. The actual climb was a lot easier that what I

actually, shorter than 15 miles =P). It also has gel bottles, and pocket for
keys, mobile, cash etc. I find it comfortable to use and this can set my
hands free.

which comes with two gel flask. Each flask is 140ml which should be able to
carry about 5-6 GU gel.

For half marathon, it depends on your nutrition plan and training. I did not
carry my hydration pack at all (I was debating whether to take it or not
for a week...), but instead just put one gel in my pocket and used the water
from aid station.

出发前,把那个tube直接放到freezer里去冻得梆梆硬,然后背着跑,不但不会有水声
,而且还降温呢。等要喝水的时候,冰也化成水了一些。偶跑的慢,3个小时左右一点
点sip,才喝了半升左右。一升的pack估计就够半天的慢跑了。 |

原本早已不爬山的我,因为一个半海归的朋友特地从中国过来邀请我,就完全无准备地
去爬这个美国除了阿拉斯加以外最高的山 Mt Whitney。
大家都知道这个最高的山,其实是14er里面最容易容易,不需要任何technical skills
就可以爬的山,所以老少咸宜,非常受欢迎的一个hiking地点,以至于需要抽签才可以
在周末攀爬。
虽然我有好几年没爬山,跑步还是经常的,而且由于竞技跑步,对于hiking变得有点嗤
之以鼻。朋友临时邀请,我一口答应,到了出发前夜,我才开始准备,觉得这个对我而

2/18,19,20,21,22,23,这周惭愧了,周一扛老大去迪斯尼,40多磅的娃,扛了一
天下来,自己感冒复发病到了,之后生病也要带老二小奶娃中,这一周都没跑路。明天
争取能有个1-2小时跑跑。会穿VFF跑大概10迈左右,让仅有的短短1.5个小时也能起点
作用。嗨,下面3周,跑个步都要创造性的利用时间了。

环境:55-51F,水泥路,bikila
历时:1:17:22
路程 9.00迈
心跳(avg):152bpm
速度: 8:36 per mi
热量消耗:1010cal。
这个星期总算跑了一天。不管心率跑爽要紧,答应LD一个半小时内回去,跑后拉伸7分
钟的样子。
VFF bikila 原来有44+今天9=53迈。

在买了个五指袜。哈哈哈。。从来没用过,试试不妨。
前天在local鞋店里捞了4双跑鞋。
New Balance MT00,偶早就想买了,试过MT10后不爽,MT110后很爽,就喵着MT00了,
果然偶很喜欢的type,和睡觉穿的睡袜一样。。真想穿着睡觉啊。
Brooks PureGrit,说是一双跑trail的鞋,偶看玄。鞋底不咋样。不过跑跑一般石子土
路肯定没问题的。偶喜欢它的地方是穿着舒服,fit偶的脚底板很舒服,鞋底也不软不
硬,别看这么厚。5-6mm drop这点也不错。这鞋偶试穿上了,就不想脱,能穿多久穿多
久。
Brooks PureConnect,这个鞋也是舒服,但是他比puregrit不同的地方是,让落地点更
靠前,
全脚掌落地都会很不爽,需要forefeet着地先。偶不知道他这么做到的,反正全脚落地
脚弓就有点不舒服,买鞋的人也和偶说了这个是forefeet strike用的。。偶试了试,
反正偶是脚前段着地先,很舒服就买了。

的零食杂物。。我看了看,我有7个hydration pack,基本都是camelbak的,不同容积

trail running设计的。如果楼主不差钱,就一步到位吧。另外,建议你不要买带腰带
的,否则跑步时候容易把衣服撩起来,肚子着凉。 |
