俺lead写的code，一个method可以写上千行，经常重复code，modularization和reusab
ility都较差，naming convention更是乱七八糟(pascal, camel, hungarian, undersc
ore, 什么都有) ，exception乱throw。
俺一般都不提这些问题，一是觉得人家是lead，别让人家太难堪，而是觉得提了有如何
？他恁么多年积累下来的code，前端的数据库端的，又不可能去一一 refactor。
可是，俺发现，俺一味保持谦逊保守的作风，导致此lead对俺说话逐渐傲慢，好似俺啥
也不懂。已经无数次，他用affirmative的口吻说俺的code导致了什么什么问题，结果都
被俺从source control里面下到俺的版本和他的版本证实是他的code的问题。
因此想问问你们大佬儿，碰到这种问题，如何有效地处理？就想听听你们的意见和经验
以便提高。 |

我是在无聊了，明天中午还有个简单聚会，商议校庆bbq事宜，所以可能没法跟大部队
去south mountian 长距离hiking.
吃完午饭都2点了。消化差不多后开车去camelback
今天风大，爬山的人好像比较少。但是很舒服，不热。

缘分凑巧，写过好几个女书的帖子，昨天看到真家伙了。顾名思义，女书传女不传男，
是以前湘南江永的农村女人之间或写或唱的秘密文字，常为七字句歌谣，写或绣在纸
上、手帕上、衣带及扇子上，一字一叹女人的苦难生活。女书作为一种民俗已经灭绝—
—最后一个女书自然传人于2004年去世。灭绝之前幸被学者发现，现有标本保留：江永
有女书园、女书村、女书博物馆，有女人向旅游者表演女书；各地大学有女书研究专业
方向。
海外艺术人对女书尤其偏爱：美籍女作家邝丽莎（Lisa See）写过关于女书的畅销小说《
雪花秘扇》（Snow Flower and the Secret Fan, 2006），三年前由邓文迪制作、王颖执
导，拍成同名电影，虽被人批为西式猎奇视角，但昨天遇到的女书研究员说细节真实

俺的意见是，如果是想一步到位去REI. 但建议先过渡一下，经过一段时间的hiking了
解自己的需求，和身体
条件，再下大本钱不迟。
我的包是在big5买的，hitech和camel的牌子还都可以。买时注意买小巧的，女式。
至于水囊使用很方便，如果不装饮料，每次用过及时清洗，晾干，问题不大。
其实更重要的登山鞋，big5里的hitech也不错。 |

与大伟从小公寓搬到上城猎枪筒房子后，我们认识了邻居乔，一个70多岁的印第安老头。
我们两家的房子紧挨着，但这两家的风格差别可大了。我家的本来是幢老式的粉红色“
骆驼背（camel-back）”，也就是那种前面的厅只有一层，后面的厨房卧室就变成两层
的传统新奥尔良老房子。房东重新改装了内部结构，把上下两层分开，变成两套一房一
厅的公寓出租，结果“骆驼背”变成了上下两个“猎枪筒”。乔家的房子本来跟我家的
差不多，也是左右各一户的骆驼背；不过他家左边一户前面门廊上堆满了各色各样的破
铜烂铁锅碗瓢盆，还有很多不知道什么名字的莫名其妙的摆设，几乎完全遮住了大门。
右边一半根本就彻底用木板封死了，木板上还挂着建筑施工用的蓝色防水大塑料布，看
上去根本不象有人住的样子。乔家这个布局，乍一看就像中国农村的小平房，里面住个
爱捡破烂的土老头。
都说印第安人爱狗，这话真印证在乔身上了。乔是新奥尔良动物保护协会的义工，自己
养了三条大狗，还长期收容收养被遗弃的野狗们。乔每天穿着破旧的已经脏成浅灰色的
大白背心去溜狗，一手牵仨，还要分两拨溜才能把所有狗溜完。其中有一只花背大巴哥

华大女生今年貌似流行很短的短裤。就是大腿齐根的露在外面。都是很健康的样子。腿
很直，白的看着很显眼。碳的看着很健康。
上面倒是穿的挺多。类似说穿长袖衬衫+超短裤的样子。
另外没有camel toe。看着都挺清纯的。要是能把一个就好了。虽然知道是不可能。 |

的途中一个叫Camel的小镇还是非常值得一逛的，各式小餐馆小店很可爱很有艺术感，
还是很佩服老美的creativity。 |

去年我再去的时候有好几栋在卖。lonely cypress对面的那栋临海豪宅，好大一块地才
卖200多万美金，估计很快就会被中国富豪们全部收掉。
