粗口，暴力，酗酒，离婚，父母子女互相打骂兼施（唯一近乎完美的恐怕是广告牌经销
商Red：刚可抗拒警方压力，柔可现场原谅重创他的暴力警察并递上一杯橙汁；既帮女
儿被害的妈妈，又帮病入膏肓的警长；在正直与善良的天平上做到人力可及的平衡）；
但每个人又袒露出最软弱的、人之为人的一面。正是这种柔性的力量缓慢突破人与人之

3. take a deep breath through your nose while you count to 5, hold it while

4. repeat these steps until you feel calm.
还有，就是在两人发生矛盾的时候，不要数落对方，说对方做了这个，做了那个，大错
特错，而是要FOCUS ON 你自己的感受。所以两个人交流的时候，句子都要用"I""我“
，而不是"you" "你“开头。

现在是你跟你老婆的问题，你老婆的主要缺点有两点，而且是非常致命的缺点：
1） 你老婆自己需要不主动说出来，若你猜不着，没猜对她就难过，生气
2） 你老婆必须控制自己的脾气，不能自己生气就只管撒气，不管你的状态（你也可能
在情绪不稳定呀，正常人都如此，更何况情商不高的老公）
你的主要问题是，确实缺少魄力一些，人比较木纳，你还有个优点是老婆说了你听，这
个继续发扬能掩盖你缺点了。
你老婆非常紧迫要改的，就是有需要用正面直接的话表达出来，其次就是必须控制自己
的脾气，还有一个我之前建议的，夫妻俩发生争吵是难免的，但必须是有个两个人都
同意的避免矛盾升级的处理机制，常用方法是双方生气后都要及时先分开calm down。
