Next-Gen sequencing(NGS)和现在正在发展的3rd-gen sequencing将会在生物学研究中
被越来越广泛应用。不管你信不信，反正我信了。一是基于实验成本的降低（$1k
whole-genome sequencing is coming），越来越多的实验室可以操作；二是可以提供
相对low throughput experiment多的多的数据和信息，可以看到很多从前看不到的东
西；三是sequencer本身对测序的准确性正在逐渐提高，所以实验固有错误率降低；四
是各种算法的成熟应用，这使得很多由于实验产生的误差在出数据后通过对数据的分析

如果不同的library混测，BWA可以align by read group, 没有问题，但是
indel caller会有问题，如果它们assume unimodal distribution的话。 |

I just bought this as a cheap streaming music player for my house, doubles
as a phone. Voice quality is supposed to be good too, which is my #1
criteria for buying a phone. Not much hacking info on it out there yet, I'm
not even sure anyone has rooted it so far, though I doubt that it will be
more than a few weeks before it's rooted.

的incoming 号码.

sipgate 的 caller id 是有这个事，来电显示是两个号码，一般两个号码都是一样的
。sipgate 自作聪明一点，把第一个搞成你的 sipgate DID, 另外一个才是真的来电号
码，有的电话只显示一个号，就看不到真的来电号码了。
不知道你说 Caller ID显示你sipgate的号, 号码还能是真的 incoming 号码是怎么回
事。 |

完全同意。咱以前用GV，FWD，sipgate等等的折腾了一段时间，发现免费的东西就是不
狗稳定啊，隔三差五的出问题。因为要把那个作为家里的primary电话，所以老是提心
吊胆的。后来咬牙上了ooma，发现交了钱的东西的确稳定多了，爽多了。而且ooma的
caller display做的不错，caller的姓名或者单位名称显示的很全，GV现在不知到好点
没，以前来电就显示个号码。
ooma的缺点就是不能免费打Canada，而且international rate挺离谱的，要交
connection fee。跟GV结合起来用不错。还有ooma那公司不知道能撑多久。不过好歹让
我几个月担心一次比天天担心的强啊。 |

不过我用nonoh的软件outbound cid还是可以的。
以前pap2里设voxalot，voxalot设nonoh，fromuser = my gv#, 还是可以的。最近折腾
了dockstar，无论怎么设outbound cid也不行了。extension caller id, trunk
caller
id, whatever，都试过。pap2上是etension 101, If I use user id = my gv#, and
auth id = extension#, my pap2 even can not register to asterisk. :(

You should now be able to make and receive calls through the Simon
Telephonics Google Voice gateway, and you should find that most incoming
calls display something in the Caller ID name field rather than just the
caller’s number. Should you ever decide you no longer want to use the
gateway, just go back to the gateway main page, fill in your information
again, but this time click “Delete” instead of “Add”. |

caller ID很可靠，只要美国这边的DID能收到就行。
注意大家用来做GV转接号码的ipkall不能正确处理国际caller ID。 |

发帖数: 784 | 32 我最近将近一年稳定，是说在GV工作正常（有若干次server 500错误，说明登陆GV网页
失败），而且我的ipkall/callcentric DID都工作正常的情况下，拨入拨出都是成功的。
解决方案是
1）使用付费的DID，要花钱，但是可靠性（传送caller ID和确保收到来电）比较好。
dslreport之类的论坛上有对ipkall/callcentric上这些问题的讨论，注意这种问题不
是老出现，但是一出现，拨入拨出就会失败。
使用ipkall+cellcentric DID的方式应该可以提高一点可靠性，但是我没有深究，因为
主要是拨出，而拨出有备用线路。
2）如果GV出问题，有备用线路打出并且显示GV caller ID。Talk86的拨出是这样解决
的。这个只对拨出有效。
SipSorcery走的也是web回拨的路子，用web回拨这些问题是不能避免的。 |

主要是回拨DID的问题。
展开说说吧:
5/15/2014以前，有xmpp，拨入拨出都直接通过xmpp走，快速可靠。
5/15/2014以后，xmpp没有了。必须要有一个回拨号码才能接电话（因为GV不能直接
forward到SIP电话，技术上可行，但是不提供）。 这个回拨号码存在成本问题，
obihai目前没有这些资源给大家提供免费可用的DID，而且吊丝们用的ipkall/cc都存在
可靠性的问题。只有回拨号码工作，才能使用webcall界面实现拨打电话功能，这里又
存在一个延迟和其他潜在的www相关问题（例如http server 500错误)，因为要由软件
登陆进入Google voice页面拨打电话。
所以可靠的第三方GV支持都会用SIP trunk拨出，同时显示GV号码作为caller ID（不少
人说spoof GV caller ID不可取，其实忘了GV也是用bandwidth.com的 SIP trunk拨出
去显示你的GV号码而已）。拨入就是给你提供一个DID，你加到GV里当forwarding

不可靠了，设置传送传不过去，而且有时候明明设置了不传送，它还非传caller ID。
出问题根本没人管，betamax的品牌差不多都是这个德性。
callwithus和talk86话质都比nonoh强多了，客服也要好很多，起码你发个信都是有人
回的，betamax能给你个确认信说我们在调查就不错了。别忘了talk86的充值可以是1分

Early position with KK raised to 15, middle guy all in with his 25 and
called by 2 more guys. With bad position and 2 callers I reraised 100 more
to get heads-up. The callers both rejected saying I can only complete since
all-in guy wasn't raising me with less double my bet. So floor came for the
ruling and he agreeed with them.
This is weird as all-in exceeds half of raise and I were able to do it in
foxwood.

raised to 17$ and get two callers. it was 1-2 nl and he had AA and stacked
one of the caller. Online 1/2 is supposed to be much tighter and more
aggressive, in the hand we discussed, a call sometimes will freak me out
more than an all-in push.
