什么红灯右转前要停够3秒的规定，编造出这个规定发ticket的一律站不住脚。
另外，这2个月101.5上经常在热烈讨论这个红灯摄像头的问题，我一直在听，现在基本
上的结论是NJ大多数的红灯都没有按法规及时经专业人员calibrate过，因此因为这个
拿到的ticket在法律上是站不住脚的。有个town拿了红灯tickete的人已经开始class
lawsuit了，另外很多town都暂时取消红灯摄像头了，估计在抓紧时间calibrate。你这
个case，红灯calibrate过没有未可知，你可以质疑这个，但至少右转红灯停3秒是没有
任何道理的，所以你应该理气直壮的上庭。

电池：
看到有人抱怨kindle 3电池使用时间短，但我很满意。我平均每天用它看一个小时的书，直到昨天才算第二次正式充电。因为kindle可以通过usb充电，所以平时和计算机上

你可以要求提供calibration的证据。一般警
察好像比较懒，经常不会定时做calibration.

这机器不工作，我靠！这就是270块钱买的东西么？
症状：没法calibration！
每次calibrate的时候，出现“cal 50g”，我就把50克砝码放上去，然后按CAL键，然
后就是“嘟”一声刺耳的声响，同时屏幕显示“ERROR”。试了好多次，每次都这样。
看了使用手册，上面说，如果在calibrate的时候出现ERROR，说明砝码的重量不对，请
使用原厂砝码。但是我用的就是原厂的砝码啊！我靠，怎么搞的？
我试了很多次，一步一步的按照说明书上的步骤，可是每次都是同样的结果。
我靠，崩溃了。这tmd是著名的RCBS的应有表现么？
如果退货回去，还得自己掏运费，这感恩节的30刀的deal不是白整了么？

我把那个电子秤跟抛药机分开了，单独calibrate那个电子秤，倒是一点问题都没有。
于是把秤装回去，再calibration，又没问题了。又试了几次calibration，都正常。
现在工作正常。

和弹头重量都不一样,btw,标配不是说就是指有着一种口径的子弹。
30-30过时了，除了小时候用这个口径有文化传承的之外，都不用它打鹿了，有效距离
比较短，但是后后坐力很小。
223rem不是个big game calibre, 只能varmint hunting, 小于60lbs的东西
270win后作略小于308win,弹道比308win更平，是专门的打猎的calibre,可是专门打猎
的calibre子弹比较贵，因为没有一般弹头的卖，都是打猎的弹头，膨胀，穿透，造价
高。308win的子弹选择最多，便宜贵的都有。 |

a tool which enables you to actually calibrate the footpod by just doing
your runs as normal outside with the GPS turned on. Based on those runs the
tool can determine your correct calibration factor. Pretty cool!

动作片），顺便来讲讲我对lag的理解，希望大家轻拍。
video game有3种lag，input lag， video lag和audio lag。input lag是手柄按下去
到系统反应的时间，video lag是信号输出到电视机到电视机显示的时间，audio lag是
声音和画面的时间差。玩音乐游戏的时候是跟着音乐的节奏输入，audio lag一定要调
到尽量小，不过这个版上看上去没啥人玩音乐游戏，audio lag也不用太在意。input
lag也没有什么好调节的，如果实在在意的话就换个有线手柄。剩下的就是video lag。
video lag发生的原因是因为电视机要去处理输入的信号。一般需要的处理有两种，一
种是把信号up/down sample到电视机的native解析度，另一种是美化图像，比方说轮廓
加强什么的。ps3和360的游戏一般都是720p的，upsample到1080p可以在两个地方做，

几块钱买amazon这个。这个套子不但可以很好的保护屏幕，跟重要的是可以想看纸书一样，打开，一个手拿中间，看书很舒服。

可能有app我不清楚，我用的kindle，好像calibre主要是为kindle设计的，下个到电脑
上，在calibre上的fetch news里有无数的杂志报纸可定，你schedule 一个时间让它
deliver到kindle上就行了，然后它就会按你定的时间定期给你kindle发杂志报纸，很
方便。有些像New York times需要去报纸网站上免费注册，然后在calibre上输账号才
能看到full content。具体操作我有点忘了，我是几年前kindle3出来时搞的，不过记
得订阅的过程很简单 |

题，就是让不熟悉的使用者不知道如何用。
你的文章（没科学公式，图的）只是文字占多数，这个软件可以把大多数 format 的文
章转成为 kindle 格式，然后直接输送到 kindle 里面。
以前 kindle 不支持 epub 格式，支持 .mobi 或者 .prc 格式，就转这两格式其中一
个放 kindle。

常在这个班里灌水的，monitor应该都calibrate过的吧
monitor不是你想怎么设就怎么设的
monitor只能是校准到和sRGB color space一致，才能保证你看到的是照片本应有的颜
色和亮度。
如果照片看起来不对，你应该去调照片，而不是调monitor
如果你的monitor不对，你看别人拍的照片偏色，别人看你拍的照片也偏色。印出来的
照片，也不会是你想要的颜色。
找版上的神医买一个calibrator，把你的monitor调好了再来发帖吧

顺便说一下，你照片上很多地方真是完全地彻底地爆掉了。你再调monitor，也只能把
白调

Trying to manually calibrate the colors is a waste of time. You need to use
a hardware/software calibrator like the Datacolor SpyderPro3 or Xrite i2
product to do this. Once you calibrate this way the colors are pretty good.
The MBP might be a little better but both the MBP and MBA are inferior to an
IPS display like on the iMac.

QC， blank, samples, blank, QC, blank, 最后再做一个bracketing calibration
curve.
如果是一般的anlytical method,一般不会需要最后这个bracketing calibration
curve. 对于bioanalytical quantitation,这个是不是很有必要呢？

calibrators和QCs能通过的最大样品量。validation完了，就可以用一套calibrators
和QCs做一块或两块96-well plate,只要小于你validated最大样品数就可以了。一般要
在头和尾都有calibrators包围样品. non-GLP的话，who cares. |
