Calcium salts generally have low solubility in water. Calcium citrate is
more soluble than calcium carbonate, but has less calcium content with the
same weight. If I were you, I may choose calcium citrate with vitamin D (200
U or 400 U) and ask you mom take at least one tablet 2 times a day. |

Sorry about my misunderstanding. I really don't know much about calcium.
You mentioned use aequorin as a calcium indicator. My question is how about
Fura2-AM. What are the pros and cons of these two? After the treatment, I
will do immunoflurescence staining, I am thinking if I use Fura2-AM, I can
get calcium level and localization of my target protein at the same time.

organ中epithelial cell的intracellular calcium level的变化。
各位的建议都是用genetically encoded calcium indicators，但查了jackson lab似
乎没有universal 表达这些indicator的strain在卖。
这就需要去买相应的conditional expressing strain再和特定Cre strain cross，需
要周期比较长。
但我现在时间比较紧张，可能来不及重新generate mouse strain，不知道有没有哪些
chemical calcium indicator能作为替代品？ |

其实我也不缺钙，是因为之前检查胃酸过多，肠胃科医生让我吃钙片试试可否缓解。
我在Costco买的Citracal Calcium Citrate。要求每天吃2次，每次2粒，我现在是每天
只吃2粒（630mg），再加上prenental里的钙（600mg），不知道这计量会不会太高？
本来挺开心的觉得好像胃酸过多的症状缓解一些了。刚才手贱上网搜，发现。。。额。
。一下就不淡定了。我都没想过要事先问问OB，这不周末了嘛，先上来问问怀孕的姐妹
们，有遇到过类似的情况的不？ |
