照一个月，新车，全保，一个月２２０多，但到第二个月突然给张到４００多了，问其
原因，说因为她刚拿驾照，所以rate长了，问题是，朋友网上填信息时候都如实填的，
所以是他们一开始搞错了，所以朋友说太贵，就取消吧，结果来一帐单说要额外交将近
５００块，就是因为她提前cancel，不交就交给讨债公司。我的问题是，这５００应该
交吗？他们随便涨价人家才取消的，感觉progressive故意算错，让人家买，然后就给
人涨价，另外一个朋友也被涨价。
如果不交，会如何？或者能不能讨价还价一下？希望知道的朋友回复一下，多谢了

前两天eBay也issue了eBucks certificate, 至今还没用. 今天发现seller单方面

收restocking fee的.
各个厂家都差不多,CTO被随便cancel很麻烦.DELL估计你连calcel都不行. |

但发现12年签证的时候不知道怎么的在11年已经用过两次的签证上盖了个大大的cancel
的章。查网上只看到有人说有在用过的签证上盖cancelled without prejudice。 但我
们只有CALCEL字样。请问有人知道这是怎么回事么？在申请表里要填签证被取消过么？
如果填我们也不知道原因阿。因为被盖章时旧签证已经过期了。

Zhane就跑到银行去把那个check 取消了。结果移民局把那个已经approved的EAD给吊销
了。Zhane还以为他有身份了，结果那个是calcel的EAD，他黑了半年。 |

CANCEL了.根本就是没打,什么可能打了我不知道呢? 而且联系不到就CALCEL了吗?我连
DUE DATE都没到.当时心想,CANCEL就CANCEL,反正是你们CANCEL的,不关我事.然后打个
电话去把问我还欠多少钱,结果想不到那个CSR说,电脑显示帐单有人帮你改回来了,少了
10快,你要现在付吗?当然,我就同意了.跟着他说,你的帐户好象CANCEL了,你要我帮你取
消CANCEL吗? 想了想,算了,也就一年,就忍忍吧,于是就让他帮我续.

that you should consider on classifying leases, so i guess i agree with you
that your client can't just say it's a calcelable lease so it's an
operating.
on the evaluation, yah if they have a history of similar leases agreement,
we can get comfort with those. If it's a completely new lease, we usually
talk to management and get a response from them on their intention. We would
