最近这段时间日本人一直在谋划购买钓鱼岛的闹剧，很多国人想不明白，日本人准备从
谁的手里购买？今天（11日）事件又有新变化，中国3艘渔政船抵达钓鱼岛海域进行巡
航，但遭到日方的阻挠。这是野田政府提出将钓鱼岛“收归国有”后首次有中国船只驶
入钓鱼岛海域。
中日之间关于钓鱼岛的冲突由来已久，近期比较大的冲突是两年前中国船长被非法扣留
事件。那次船长被日本人扣留之后，除了外交部一贯的严正交涉和强烈抗议之外，还下
了三大猛药：第一，暂停对日的稀土出口；第二，四个日本人没事跑到中国军事禁区瞎
转悠，那就对不起了，全给抓起来，你扣押我一个船长，我也可以抓你四个特务；第三
，温总在联合国向全世界讲话，要求日本必须立马放人。最终，日本无奈放人了事。
日本放人还有一个更重要的原因被我们忽略了，美国国务卿希拉里向日本人承诺：美国
承担的保护日本的条约义务包括中国船长被掳的岛屿（钓鱼岛）。换言之，美国人向日
