发帖数: 136 | 1 昨晚将sigma 97%的caprolactone 加入适量CaH2，搅拌了一晚。今天早上来发现玻璃塞
口有白色胶状物质渗出，当时推测可能是生成的氢气将塞子顶开了，然后CaH2和
caprolactone的混合物。没怎么在意，就搭起装置开始减压蒸馏。由于caprolactone得
沸点是97，所以我用了house vacumme，24口的100ml圆底烧瓶接了个转接头，再接上一
个带很小冷凝管的的14口的蒸馏头，同时插上温度计。转接头上也包上了棉花。开始油
浴加热，油浴温度100度了，也不见沸腾，后来一直到180，才缓慢沸腾，偶尔有几滴收
集到。
这过程有个现象，就是温度在180了，确实开始沸腾了，但是在烧瓶内壁能看见回流，
接在蒸馏头上的温度计显示温度70-80。
最后温度在200左右，烧瓶内出现白色泡沫，停止加收，宣告失败。收集到可怜的几滴
液体。
希望有经验的帮分析一下失败原因。我自己总结了如下几点：
1。是不是house vacumme的真空度不够啊？（caprolactone的沸点97，即使不抽，100
多度也可以出来了啊）
2。到后来180了，开始沸腾了，但是收集不到，是不 |

effective. Dimethyl ether has very low boiling point, -23 degree C.
In book, separate methyl ether with adding CaH2 and fractional distn at low
temperatures. |

1. Add CaH2 into styrene monomer,then, use liquid N2 ti frozen it and degass
it under high vacuum.
2. Stir it for 24 hours.
3. Distill it under vacuum at the temperature of 60~80 C, depending on your
vacuum. We used frozen-distilling technique. Pull high vacuum on two fask and
system. Imerse the empty flask into liquid N2. Close the vaccum line and open
the valve of the other flask which has styrene inside. You also need to heat

反应时间我是20小时，太长乐？温度是110度。
最后分子量倒和文献上的差不多，但是polydispersity是1.4，文献是靠近1.1
和催化剂有没有关系？少了好还是多了好？ |
