PHOENIX, Arizona, April 22. MICHAEL Andrew turned 15 years old last Friday,
but he was still able to race as a 14-year-old at the NASA Showcase Classic
in Clearwater, Florida, last week. Meet rules stipulate that because he was
14 years old on the first day of the meet, he would remain 14 years old for
the whole meet, even on the last two days when he was technically 15.
