这是巴铁军坛关于天朝J20的讨论贴，俺见里面的内容很有意思，就简单翻译一下
贴出来。
声明：

理事会公告
任命刘秀为OCEF副会长、执行委员会委员和中国事务委员会主席
海外中国教育基金会理事会于2014年9月16日至23日就动议B14-011进行了投票，批准任
命刘秀为OCEF副会长和执行委员会委员。
在此之前，中国事务委员会（CAC）主席卓韵宝提出辞去主席一职，自己转任副主席，
并提名原副主席刘秀担任主席。卓韵宝认为他自2011年开始担任CAC主席至今已超过三
年，是时候任命其他合适的人选，带来新的活力，有利于基金会的长远发展。经过多次
沟通和多方征求意见，在充分理解并尊重卓韵宝决定的基础上，基金会会长缪玉亭批准
刘秀任CAC主席，卓韵宝改任副主席，即日起生效。
刘秀，江苏连云港人，2000年毕业于苏州大学营销管理专业。2005年加入OCEF，是图书
部最早的义工之一。2006年以来一直担任图书部副部长的工作，其后陆续参与过北京组

中国南海断续线是在1933年法国占领南沙九小岛、二战后法国继续占领西沙群岛和菲律
宾企图把南沙群岛并入其国防范围内的背景下由当时的中国政府划定的，其目的是维护
中国在南海的领土主权，并向世界公布中国在南海的管辖范围。在1951年的《旧金山对
日和约》草案中，美英故意不提西沙群岛和南沙群岛的主权归属问题，为之后的南海领
土争端埋下了祸根。
中国南海断续线，指的是在中国南海地图上标明的一条U形断续线，亦称“U形线”或“
九段线”。该线于1947年公布，当时的国际社会并未提出异议，周边的东南亚国家也从
未提出过外交抗议，这等同于默认。之后，许多国家出版的地图也以此标绘，并注明归
属中国。然而，自1993年中国台湾“立法院”通过《南海政策纲领》，将断续线内的水
域称为“历史性水域”后，这条断续线开始引起国际上的广泛关注，南海周边的东南亚
国家甚至对断续线的性质及法律地位提出质疑。为了弄清这条断续线的历史面貌，本文
拟就其产生的背景、效力与作用作一回顾。

The app, Rela, is no longer available in the Android or Apple app stores,

They had to sell products to foreign military. The engineering and
manufacturing process at CAC was redesigned with that in mind. Plus,
foreign military can't really be pushed around because of "relations". So
the only way for CAC to get their products accepted was to actually make a
good product.
SAC didn't have this requirement, thus everything was the old way of doing
things, but without the really old way of dedication. |

业水平的非职业玩家来解读。
巴基斯坦空军对空中力量的理解是非常独到的。与印度师承毛子哥哥不同，巴基斯
坦空军的建设和作战理念本来一直是师承美国空军的。但在与印度的对抗中，处于弱势
的国家实力使巴基斯坦空军无法发挥美国进攻型空中力量的理念。在国家经历痛苦的肢
解后，巴基斯坦军事力量开始反思，其空军虽然在印巴战争中表现不俗，但仍回天无力
，巴空军也在反思自己的作战理念。在80年代中巴新一轮的军事交流中，巴基斯坦空军
在超7的项目中见识了PLAAF对空战独到的理念和战术，巴基斯坦空军惊讶的发现他们自
认为很先进的战机无法打败中国飞行员手中歼7PG，而且巴基斯坦空军的其他飞机也无
力制服他，直到最后出动F16才打败了这种看似极其落后的飞机。
