事，不认为10分钟是大不了的事情。刚看了这个帖子，Kars4kids是美国一家慈善机构
，针对夏天儿童被父母留在车里结果中暑死亡的现象，他们在街头挑战路人，只要有人
能在车内待10分钟以上，就能获得100美元奖励。10个成年人接受了挑战，结果没有一
个人能够完成这个挑战，不到10分钟就按了紧急按钮。想想现实生活中您留在车里的孩
子没有紧急按钮可以使用，有的小婴儿不会说话甚至还不会大声哭喊，如果有人报警的
话真的是在帮您和您的孩子，而不是多管闲事。
我妈有一次和我shopping的时候说外面天这么热，她想在车里陪我家宝宝呆着等我，我
就打开停在树荫下的车的车门让她进去呆了一会儿，她再也不提在车里呆着的事了，有
时候自己体会一下比千言万语都管用。

我自己是开律师事务所的，属于脑力劳动居多的工作。我深刻的体会到这一点。我付给
员工的工资并不高，但是我取消大多数律师事务所要求的billing hour，免费给员工提
供每天的午餐，平时办公室里免费供应各种饮料和食物，提供员工高额的保险比例，提
供员工各种培训机会。我的员工都是靠自我的motivation来工作，我也完全的尊重我的
员工。虽然我现在律所的规模并不大，可是我努力想把我的律师事务所变成像google一
样让员工觉得自由的管理模式。我们的员工觉得快乐，也经常自愿为了客户的案件加班
，甚至放弃其他律师事务所提供高于1/3以上的工资待遇。

有个问题，如果Trump 在20号之前被调查定性为俄罗斯间谍，Pence不能上台吧。程序
上只有总统被impeach,副总统才能上台。president-elect 被间谍罪逮捕，应该是要重
新大选。不过美国法律没有规定这种事发生应该怎么办，所以下面可能陷入两党扯皮。
不过如果trump是俄罗斯间谍，Pence应该也会被牵连，看buzzfeed 好像trump 阵营都
