ketone). sera should be isolated using specific insulin syringe,
Sarstedt microvette to avoid lysis. VWR should have them.
the processing should be as smooth as possible. store sera
@ 4C O/N, spin @ 3000rpm 20min RT, transfer supernate. if red,
then byebye. the sample should be almost clear, a little yellow
or pink is fine. Crystal chem has ELISA kit. |
