本来准备在这一篇里转向比较“沉闷”的商标法，但是一月十三日这天的大新闻迫使我
临时插一篇。这个大新闻就是：斯卡里亚居然迟到了。
美国最高法院一向以如钟表般精密运转而著称，一代又一代的大法官们在36次握手之后
同时进入最高法院的法庭。最高法院上一次有人迟到似乎还是1996年的事情，杰弗里·
图宾在他的《九人》里有过详细的描述：
那年华盛顿地区遭遇大风雪，联邦政府当场停摆，当时的首席大法官伦奎斯特觉得哪怕
行政分支和立法分支都不干活了司法分支也决不能休息，他决定庭审照常进行，并打发
最高法院的越野车去接各个法官。
各个法官面对齐腰深的大雪目瞪口呆，但是出于对伦奎斯特的敬畏，大家只好努力前往
办公室。当天出庭律师之一和斯卡里亚住的很近，因为风雪太大，他问斯卡里亚能不能

这里大家对枪的选择比较怀旧，莫辛纳甘，SKS长枪不说，短枪中1911，CZ75，P7，
92FS都是有年头的老枪了。就算你选了Glock，它老人家也问世25年了。如果你是实用
派，或者想有打烂不心疼的塑料枪，或者想体会Smith & Wesson射击队高手Julie
Golob，Doug Koenig, BJ Norris, Dave Olhasso等使用的比赛神器(他们也用大家都有
了的1911)，应该是试一下M&P的时候了。
用惯1911的诸位拿起M&P或Glock空枪试两下肯定会眉头深锁，这种扳机感觉的枪怎么玩
得爽。不过实用射击比赛的高手们显然不觉得Glock或M&P这类枪的扳机是个障碍。
Glock在赛场上历史悠久，从产品组，限制组一直到公开组，都有人在用。M&P出道很晚
，但奋起直追，不喜欢Glock方块握把和握把角度的人拿上M&P爱不释手的很多。不光在
赛场上受欢迎，在拿枪干活的人中间也很受欢迎。Magpul Dynamic手枪视频教材中就大

reset也不一样。据非常权威的M&P枪匠Dan Burwell说M&P可以改到非常接近1911扳机特
性，其它两条就不清楚了。扳机扣压是可以适应的，扳机不太差，集中在一条枪上练一
阵就差不多了，好多些大拿都是1911和塑料枪都玩得很溜。 |

恩 我已经买好了hard sear和Roll Pin Punch，收集了几个圆珠笔弹簧，还额外买了一
个1911 Mag catch spring 备用 (burwell说他就剪的mag release spring).
就等着东西到了drop in了。
我这手太笨，新枪有点不敢下手，到时还是呼唤同城的小七兄出手吧。小七兄才叫
心灵手巧，经验丰富，什么东西不用上网查，拿来看看就能猜出怎么弄。 |

不就可以把原厂的扳机感改头换面，Apex的东西几何外形调整下也很好。M&P Pro的阻
铁如果不考虑直角顶那个撞针保险柱的不爽也还可以。
不过Glock的扳机系统更模块化些，自己组合尝试比较好，M&P这点做不到。

一道防线，所以我干了下面四件事：
1)只买一个Apex Hard Sear,直接drop-in最省心.
2)棉签手工抛光了其它trigger parts：
--如果有mag disconnect，把接触部分也抛光
--trigger bar接触sear的部分别超20下,其余工作留给dry fire。
3)砂纸打磨了塑料扳机的最下端的弧度，舒服多了。
4)把trigger bar loop的开口，稍微张大了一丁点，图示:
--进一步减少了一些pre travel
--只调一丁点儿，别弄弯了trigger bar, 调一点儿dry fire感觉下，在达到满意效果
之前就果断停止。一旦过了，会有很多over travel, reset也会更长，还可能搞得
trigger bar不能engage sear. 我是只调了一小下，改善一点就行，不要贪心，适可而

提名最多的是The Shape of Water（13项）、Three Billboards（9）和Dunkirk（8）。
颁奖典礼在3月4日。
跟去年一样，咱们来竞猜每个奖项的最后赢家吧。
参加竞猜者，奖励10伪币。
每猜对一项，加奖10伪币。
一共24个奖项。大家争取250……
也欢迎写影评，会另开一个影评活动。
