三岁以后的老大有了好的读书习惯，看书讲故事写作业已经不用我们大人督促了。其实也
归功于家里可以玩的东西少，书几乎成了她唯一的选择，有时偶尔看看电视，不过小人始
终对电视的兴趣不如对书大。对于老大来说，最好的奖励就是带她去书店买她喜欢的书。
我觉得三岁开始是最好的引导孩子建立良好的学习习惯的时间。换句话说就是学会怎样学
习的大好时光，getting ready for schooling。这方面我说不好，老大才4 岁多一点，
我还在摸索中。
老大不太到三岁是就表现出想认字了，我就从最简单的词开始教起，一个星期两个词，都
是她再书上看过的，熟悉的， 比如说, c-a-t, cat; d-o-g, dog。这样在念书的时候我
们就会在教过她的词时 |

starfalls我试过了，孩子很喜欢，但是能跟他一起work的时间太有限。图书馆每周都
去，每天都reading，但是没有看到进步。现在爸爸也很worried。
昨天学校的homework是让孩子把从Ｌ到Ｚ的大小写字母写出来，结果他还是非常
struggle，刚好爸爸也在旁边，很担心。今天爸爸去学校volunteer，回来跟我说它比
另一个只比他大一个星期的中国男孩反应慢很多，4加4都要数老半天手指，个子也比别
人矮整整一个头，然后中午给他带的饭也没有吃，还撒谎给爸爸说他吃了。爸爸很愤怒
，我也没有办法。

这个，是我们家的重头戏。人家那么多不知道中文的，一样的SUCCESSFUL。为什么非要
学呢？因为我勤俭，家里有中文这个资源而不用，是绝对不可忍受的。
宝宝两岁半多点儿就开始了，我们给的是卡片，就是一个字，别的什么也没有。不到三
岁的小朋友记忆力真好，每天都能记住那么一个两个的，后来三岁多点儿就认识100个
左右。印象中，宝宝总是坐在爸爸的肩膀上，认那些帖在门上的字。有一次，“狗”字
她不认识了，她在那儿想呢，正在入厕的贝贝大声喊：狗！全家愕然。其实她根本看不
见，我们也不明白她怎么知道是狗的。估计她记住了姐姐认字的顺序，姐姐说了前面的
