墨西哥很多FAST FOOD比美国的要健康多了。
不过我的墨西哥同事们对外面买的所谓墨西哥美食都遥遥头，他们一致认为，家里面自
己妈妈奶奶们做的菜才是最正宗墨西哥美食。
我感觉，老莫们家庭观念很强，穷是穷，上进心没有多少，得过且过就好。但是很刻苦
很辛苦地攒钞票，问他们，如果有年终奖用来干嘛，无一例外都是吃喝玩乐。开着个破
车，一堆人挤在一个小HOUSE里，热闹呗，无所谓。
前几天看到一个墨西哥的孕妇，自己做个FULL TIME的银行里的小工作，人也不太老，

味，素食还是少了点儿，就像以前的中国菜，吃得好的都是有肉的，素菜一般在家里吃
。我们有一次去墨西哥去了几个小镇，虽然不靠海，却有很多特色海鲜菜，LG每天海鲜
汤，凉拌虾，烤肉饼什么的吃得兴高彩烈，我只好吃了一周的面包夹牛油果，只有墨西
哥城里选择很多，但是在市中心为了找家有素菜饭馆走了很久，后来还发现它关门了。
好在那里水果真的很丰富，吃不到蔬菜也可以靠水果过活。
后来去了趟坎昆，很美国化的地方，游客和移民都多，吃饭的选择就丰富多了，不过跟
北京或者美国比起来还是差点。。。（以前我一直觉的在外面吃素菜最方便的城市是新
加坡，最近几年在北京吃得太好了，它成了我心目中的第一名，改天我来介绍一下北京
的餐馆。。。） |
