英国已故王妃戴安娜生前的私人司机兼助手特巴特（Colin Tebbutt）打破多20年来的沉默，接受英国媒体访问，讲述车祸当天他到医院领回戴安娜遗体时的经历和感受。特巴特还说，如果是他开车，或许就能避免这场意外。
据澳洲新闻网8月10日报道，特巴特在英国电视台节目《Good Morning Britain》上表示，他当天在睡梦中被电话惊醒，得知戴安娜遇上车祸的消息后，随即赶到医院，并与戴安娜的管家伯勒尔（Paul Burrell）一起处理戴安娜的后事。

to come. I cannot think of another CS/WS series that features
these many top of the rotation pitchers. If we think Halladay/
Oswalt/Hamels trio is good, for the month of September and
the postseason, the Giants trio (Lincecum/Cain/Sanchez) was
actually BETTER. They were the reason why Giants can overcome
a 7-game deficit and eventually won NLW. Not only this, the Giants
trio had a combined sub 2 ERA in season series against Phillies.
