找的是Sears来修的，问题是Sears的人根本不懂LG的炉子，装错了，没过三月又坏了，
找了LG的维修，以为是Burner坏了，换一个新的，还是不Work，再换一个新的Burner，
还是不Work，修理工百思不得其解，当场给总部Tech打电话，远程Trouble Shooting，
结果查来查去，发现竟然是Sears的修理工把线路给接错了，真是气坏了，白白跑了好
几趟。 |

boiler还比较新，就建议我只换burner(燃烧器）。
费用：
$1300, 给 national grid, 他们负责铺房子外面的gas管道，从马路上到房子边上，加
装gas meter.这个费用和房子和马路的距离有很大关系
$2400, 给plumber. part & labor included. 他负责把gas从外面的meter接到里面的
boiler. 不是每个plumber都愿意只换burner的，这个和原来boiler的型号，新旧有很
大关系。
$300, chimney inline, 好像过town里的inspection必须要做这个。

with the top door off look for a rubber tube about the thickness of a pencil
. It runs from the burner box area to a round plastic or metal switch with
wires hooked to it. Quite often though it is telling you that a pipe is
blocked or water in tube or system. You can check the pressure switch by
removing the tube from the burner box and gently blowing or sucking on the
tube, you should hear a click as the microswitch makes. Remember that you
could have an obstruction to look for. |

electric burners做饭不是一般的慢，以前用过好几家公寓的电炉，都不快是真的，但
现在这个慢到无法忍受，饺子都快粘在锅里了，也没见水开。给agent发信让修，结果
人家说 “It should take a standard burner about six to ten minutes to boil 2
quarts of water in a saucepan.”也不知道他跟哪找的这standard，反正昨天晚上

发帖数: 3721 | 25 看来姐姐对熏还是下了些功夫做功课。我对100%冷熏的定义是，温度与周围的环境温度
相同，食物只是吸收熏的味道，但不以任何形式被加热。热熏是食物被高温cook的同时
被熏。市面上所谓冷熏的炉子其实下面是有burner（我只是看了很多图片，没看过实物
）的，用来把木屑烤出烟，也就是说以相对热熏而言较低的温度熏，但温度高于周围环
境温度，高多少我不清楚。市面上好像没有卖真正100%冷熏（我自己定义的）的炉子，
大多数好这口的都DIY。我是把家里一般的grill进行了DIY的改装，能够让炉里的温度
保持在200以下（不知道和买到的冷熏炉比温度高多少，好在我这DIY的是可调，下次准
备降到100度以下），不改不行，不改的话一个burner开最小火，温度也是400度左右，
整个是热熏的节奏。冷熏的好处我就不说了，那和热熏整个不是一个级别。
鱼肉被brine以后，室温或者冰箱再rest几个小时，那层亮亮的glaze/pellicle就出来
了，冷熏的味道其实也是靠这层glaze/ pellicle来吸收的。这层pellicle也是照片里
的focal point。 |

这回特地Carb Load了，还吃了个Gel，一直状态还不错。腿有点累是意料中
的。想过是跑12迈还是14迈，最终还是决定跑12迈算了。上周的12迈跑得那
么辛苦，感觉我还是得让自己慢慢适应这种long run前一天的doubles。
从7迈以后有条狗一直在我前后跑，到停下来我拉伸的时候还一直跟着我。
可怜的小狗大约是跑丢了。

天气难得的比较凉爽，跑得比较顺。

这个练习是muscle endurance。Chalene用5lbs的哑铃，我用6lbs的。
练肩的动作有点累，我觉得是Sculpt和Tone那两个用resistance band
的练习，肩都比较累的缘故。也说明我肩比较弱。

前一天的18miles跑得有点辛苦，Long run之后不休息，反而要补周六的doubles，
腿和脚都还有点酸，遂决定去GYM的EFX（椭圆机之一种）机器上“跑”了6迈，主
要是non-impacet。
8/1: TF HIIT 25 & Tone 30
这些Sculpt和Tone的练习相对来说强度不太大，不过我最近因为每周加跑三次，不
敢上P90X才用的这个Hybrid，这种强度倒是还比较合适。感觉最近比较适应这个训
练计划了。以前每天觉得累和酸，现在好像都可以基本恢复了。

不能以Playing Pro来评判Driver。
Sumo平方应比Tour Burner更forgiving，但forgiving的代价就是感觉不到sweetspot，
就算是打到物理的sweetspot上，也别想有太远的shot。 |

这是TM很短命的一款产品，销量一直很差，上市不到一年，去年底，索性被TM从传统经
销渠道召回。所以，现在基本只有网店有卖。只要比比看TM 的580XD直到R7， burner
， tour burner都出来了，还在店里卖得很欢，就知道这款CGB MAX的不招待见程度了。
我在pro shop试打过，倒是感觉不出来有什么不好。 |

i tried the 3wood at lauch monitor yesterday, almost hit as long as the
driver. i like the the club head shape of big betha diablo:

i was comparing taylormade burner vs. callaway (both come with free 3wood)
the difference is that there are more loft choice for callaway(8 to 10),
also Adilda NV green shaft for free.

惭愧得狠，我的装备一流，距离却比楼主短了不少。我身高1。75，体重189磅，
用taylormade rbz driver 10.5度，最长记录是245码，一般220码及以下；铁杆是
burner 2, 其中3和4号是混合杆，九号铁110码，到5号铁150码，四号混近165码，3号
175码，球道3号木185码。
个人比较喜欢taylormade的装备，从开球木到推杆皆有性价比不错的选择。今年进了
spider ghost推杆，非常满意。开球木也越来越顺手，距离最近从平均200码长到215码
，明年目标是平均240码。最近偶尔可以开到240码，应该是可能达到的。
自两年前开始学球以来，装备已换了几遍，开始是买旧杆，打不好就怪设备，年初
burner 2降到399，立马进了一套。我曾在店里试过，很喜欢它的手感。最近的火箭锋
也试了下，7号铁多8码，觉得暂时不用换。两年后换新杆，到时候肯定量身定做。
最近半价进了两根cleveland588挖起杆，明年主攻一百码内的短杆。不知楼主短杆是怎
样的配置？ |

发帖数: 327 | 47 本来看中Ping G25 driver，但是前不久在launch monitor上用R1打出260yard，经不住
诱惑，在Sports authority用coupon买了媒体上吹得沸沸扬扬的R1.$200，价钱还是不
错。主要还是考虑到其可调性高。
上周首次带去实战，发现球路全部偏右，不如burner的直，手感也比burner重。调节
face angle到closed 3，把平衡重量调成draw，仍然变化不大。对其可调性的大失所望
。另一个球友也用R1，基本全是slice，将他的face angle从open 3跳到closed 3，球
路毫无改变。
经过分析，调节R1的loft之后，其face angle会改变，此时需要靠face angle调节圈来
补偿。调节圈是靠调节杆头底部离地高度来改变face angle，其效果主要是视觉方面的。
目前感觉是，对于击球点和swing plane还不是很精确的人来说，R1的调节性很容易被
其他因素压制。 |

发帖数: 327 | 48 买mizuno纯属偶然，把burner plus里的PW在球场上丢了（硬是没人交回，失望），把
6i打断了。去Golf Smith里逛荡的时候试用了下jpx825，发现手感不错。monitor上6i
能打出165-172. 用burner的cheated 6i（角度比通用的6i要小几度）也才打155-160.
后来在fitting时和X-hot，RocketBallz，Ping G25比了，Fitting Pro说数据显示
mizuno的发散性最小，所以就下单了。
后来才知道Tiger以前也是用mizuno的，签nike时候tiger要求继续使用mizuno，直到
nike改进到和mizuno有可比性才换杆。 |

最近才可以把球打起来，基本上不刨坑了，呵呵
不过我iron最远只能打到110-120 yards，driver大概160-170 yards。
请问怎么做才能把球打的更远？这个和球杆关系大不大？
Iron是我在pro shop买的二手的Taylormade burner superlaunch，driver是在黑店
GlofSmith买的，也是Taylormade burner。
我知道打球不是用力去hit，而是用swing去impact，不过我感觉就算把吃奶的劲儿用出
来，球还是飞不远。
我不求能像Woods一样打出300 yards，只求不比傍边练球的老爷爷打的还要近很多。。。
希望各位大牛多多指点一样，是不是还要多多练习swing？我没有找教练，主要是自己
看视频，有时候傍边打球的人给我一些指导。这里必须赞一下练球的老美，虽然萍水相
逢，但总有人很热心的指导我动作，还送很多球给我练习，也许是我打的太惨不忍睹了
吧，呵呵 |
