这时候聪明的观众可能会想到一些相关的，最后直接破了马丁埋的谜题。
以下为猜测，但也可能是剧透：
hodor被bran整的只会说hold the door。
mad king一直听到有人在耳边低语burn them all。
最后很可能是三眼乌鸦看到了僵尸大军，在试图告诉mad king如何应对，要burn them
all。
可惜他没有掌握消息传递的方法。最后mad king无法理解，反而像hodor一样。只不过
他内功比hodor深厚，所以没有变傻，而是时不时听到有人在耳边低语，于是发疯，开
始烧人。
最后jamie lannister眼看城破，问mad king怎么办。这时mad king已经完全没有神智
，只会说burn them all，就像hodor说hodor一样。
Jamie以为是要烧全城百姓，于是下手把他杀了。
三眼乌鸦最后想教bran的东西，就是不要随意在穿越中和人对话。从hodor身上，bran
算是明白了这一点。hodor死前，三眼乌鸦说bran没有ready。明白了自己可以改变别人
命运，bran才算ready。

Dodge/Burn，这个你肯定知道怎么回事，写给不知道的人看下：
建立一个50% grey的layer，然后blending mode选soft light或overlay。然后在这个
layer上刷白色则称为dodge,目的是加亮；刷黑色称为burn，目的是加暗（把东西burn
了就变黑了，我是这么记的哈哈）。
Luminosity selection:
"Lights" 系列的selection选中的是亮部
"Darks" 系列selection选中的是暗部
好了，切入正题解释表格：
1.一张照片如果要增加亮度，当然是可以在lightroom里增加exposure来增加整体亮度
，但这种增加效果往往不好。所以根据照片不同情况，要提亮有两种可能：
a:增加亮部亮度，但保持暗部不变。这个时候需要dodge亮部，所以用"lights"
selection选中亮部，并且刷白色来dodge这部分。因为亮的更亮，暗的不变，所以最后
的效果是contrast也随之增加。对应表格第一行。

hiking 5,6迈，如果是带山的话，是比跑步要累的。
对于跑步，俺还是有经验的。
首先，变速跑burning fat效果并不好，变速跑是用来锻炼心肺的，好处是可以省膝盖
（不带狗时）
其次，带大狗还是不要变速跑，因为快跑的时候，狗狗兴奋起来之后，很难控制，女生
力量小，容易被带到，导致动作变形，而引起伤害。
burn fat 为目的的最佳跑法 是以最大心率60%的心率恒定跑步，即，随时保持心率在
60％加减5%的范围内。
比如我激烈运动时最大心率可以达到192/min, 我跑的时候就维持在心率105－125之间。
大致的感觉就是那种龟速，脚尖刚离地的效果，心率超过限度就开始走，甚至停着都可
以，直到降到区间下限
这种跑法的好处是
1 不累，有氧呼吸，你会觉得体力是一直充沛的，随便跑个5,6 公里，或者1,2个小时
一点问题都没有
2 burn fat 效果最好
3 不会产生强烈的饥饿感，也就是说不会burn 完了fat， 又一餐吃回去了。
4 省膝盖（非常重要，比如你带狗快跑的时候，很可能会动作变形，然后就伤到膝盖
了）
坏处是

Military Tribunal for the Far East Judgment）网上居然有英语全文，那可是1500
页的文件啊。
我从不知道，这么重要的第二次世界大战的文件，网上居然可以轻易找到！国内媒体好
像从来没有宣传过这件事。我查了国家图书馆的数据库，发现这个文件很可能没有出版
过中译本。我不知道台湾是否出过中译本，当年南京政府应该有中文版的。
我对这个事情很不理解。
这是第一手的历史原件，历史价值就不用说了，对于爱国主义教育和揭露日本军国主义
的罪行，都有巨大的价值。可是，为什么大家都不知道呢？这是公共领域的材料，没有

这是第一手的历史原件，历史价值就不用说了，对于爱国主义教育和揭露日本军国主义

发帖数: 116 | 49 从百度下载了一些mp3，准备Burn 到 cd 上方在车子上听。结果折腾了两天做不成。
1） 试了用windows media player的burn audio 功能
2） 试了第三方的cdburn xp software
3） 试了降低了burn speed 1x
4) 试了两个不同牌子的CD-R
5） 试了两个计算机上的不同牌子的drive
结果都是burn的过程中跳出来说遇到error无法继续,但没说具体啥error。然后disc上
可以看见tracks, 有些能放，大多不能放。
看来只能把音乐放到手机上，通过Bluetooth或者usb在汽车上放。可是bluetooth我手
机要记得打开（要不费电），就算打开了也不保证每次都能连上，用usb插更加麻烦。

This was our first Toyota bought new in the fall of 2006. Car is driven by
my wife 5 days a week 100 miles a day at mostly highway speeds. Oil and
filter changed religiously 5W-20 (non synthetic) Many changes were done at
an oil change facility. Some point around 100,000 miles I was shocked to
find little or no oil on the dip stick so I started watching it closely. The
car no has 149,000 miles on it and burns a bit more then 1 quart every1200
miles.
