冬天可以一个月一次，取决于你的位置，如果地势低，人家的雨水都往你这里渗，你的草
就长得快，还有草的品种，野草一般长得都挺快
一般来说，如果是通用的12档的割草机，调在5档左右就行，再短的话，如果接下来一周
没下雨，草坪就有可能会变黄，稀稀拉拉土都露出来了，这样的话就要补种草籽，可以去
Bunnings Warehouse之类的地方买草籽，10块钱好大一袋子
BTW，Bunning's warehouse真是好地方，工具材料都有的卖，我每周都在里面泡两个小时
能学不少手艺呢 |

on story rd in sj if you've never been there. bun bo hue is a more spicy and
flavorful noodle than regular pho. i like it more than my vietnamese
colleague. i go there for lunch more often than any other places and i eat

bun 却没有什么变化，也是每天在做8 minutes bun,请问大家有什么好的plan 来减臀
部的脂肪。附图。目标是把绿圈内的大肥肉减掉。这部分脂肪是坐的太久积累下来的。

我最近跟着8min workout做，做全套的arms,legs,buns,abs&stretch.里面的legs&buns
都有深蹲和箭步走的动作，我脚踝戴着负重袋做的，算不算负重？
arms我是拿着哑铃做的，要不要做箭步走和深蹲我也拿着哑铃？

我觉得我就是，“胸肌”还可以，但是臀肌需要增强的那种。。。

所以我正在打算每次做两个8min buns,以多一点buns的训练。 |

里面趴着后抬腿那几个动作）。
做8min abs, arms, legs就不能boost心率。
是不是说明我的臀部肌肉相对弱？ |

也是影响我功能啊，比如说我因为屁股肌肉弱，屁股的骨头容易受伤。
而且跑步的时候屁股很辛苦啊，觉得用不上力。
现在好很多了啊，做了好几个月8min buns的原因。
还有，不仅要做力量训练，也要做一些促进臀部血液循环的动作，比如说瑜伽里面一些动作，还有PT的一些动作。我觉得8min buns好的原因是非常活动筋骨，不仅仅是力量上得到了训练。 |
