伯特·爱德华兹（Robert Edwards）一人就85岁，由于健康状况欠佳，诺贝尔委员会甚
至无法直接向他道贺，他的夫人露丝·福勒（Ruth Fowler）在得知获奖消息后代他表
达了喜悦之情。
爱德华兹——试管婴儿之父、剑桥大学退休教授、英国皇家学会会员、2001年拉斯克临

处很愉快啊，和三年的那位感觉就很 bumpy。
那个二年级的就是我隔壁讲鬼故事的那个，我跟她转过 ICU。她其实小女孩一个，但是
学的特别好，在Jeopady 时候简直横扫千军啊。主治医提问也是她答得最多，但是有的
疑难病例，碰到我钻牛角尖的时候，她居然很坦白的看着我说：“Sorry Ｉjust can’
t think too much. ”开始我还以为是委婉的提醒我别钻牛角尖，可是看着她那清澈透
明劲儿，又觉得真不是。
处长了就知道，她是那种心里藏不住话的人。有一次值夜班，她有点牙疼，半夜我看她
有点直抽冷气，就问她疼得怎么样，她说“Much less pain than my husband
pinching my cheeks”。我没听明白，她就 show 给我看，用手捏起自己的脸蛋，还拧一下
，又说：“Ｉreally don’t like it, but he always insists…”, 然后就有点出神

if we suspect of bleeding (decreased sbp, cvp and even co, and massive
drainage from jp bulbs), stat cxr and h&h will help identify the real reason.
give albumin fast to maintain intravascular volume when both cvp and sbp are
low. sometimes, prbc transfusion is needed right away. |

份，JOURNAL名称，作者姓名，还有ABSTRACT大意(不是全文)没有存在脑子里的话，
这篇PAPER就不能算“管理”好了，因为无法活用啊！
最好的状态就是写INTRODUCTION的时候，这些INFOMATION都在脑海里，按自己的思
路先流畅地写个DRAFT，然后再CHECK你的引用是不是准确。这样写最大的好处就是
INTRO别人读起来不会好像SUV开在BUMPY的OFFROAD上。再有开会ARGUE的时候可以很
自然地引经据典，转移对方ATTACK你的火力。 |

去散散心的，却未曾想感慨良多。
和Lady B 跳 Merengue。Merengue 是拉丁舞里面比较简单狂野的一种，节奏和花样与北
京平四很接近。而Lady B 却是New Englander, 年过八旬了，但是仪态端方，那一份雍
容气度，隐隐透出当年伊丽莎白泰勒或是奥黛丽赫本的影子，这在当今的年轻女性里面
，很难见到了。
刚跳了几步，她就对我微笑，说: “Young gentleman, please don’t jump, please
slide”。我说抱歉，立刻明白了，是我因为很久没跳，竟忘记了拉丁舞的要诀“出胯
不摇肩”，而是下意识引进了北京平四的跌宕起伏步法。照她说的改过来以后，果然觉
得平稳、舒适，配合默契了很多。她又微笑说：“and you look much better ”.
然而让我觉得有趣的，是她那句“don't jump”，因为这是这三周来，我对新intern
经常说的一句话，这也是我的residency mentor 最爱对resident 说的一句话，当然

说实话其实我在乎的就是那些乱七八糟的配置，玩具越多越好玩啊。
SH-AWD我倒是不在乎，买个这么大这么重的车，还谈什么HANDLING啊， 开起来又BUMPY
又吵真是没啥意思。现在选车都是有18寸轮子的都PASS。
不过就是FWD HANDLING也不错，BODY ROLL比我想象的小，低速时候STEERING象CAMRY，
高速上就紧多了。其实我以前也不怎么看好，就是周末时候好奇去DEALER开了一下就
HOOKED UP了。 |

饱满
但是Ducati的情况是非要保持双缸的传统，每缸容积高达599cc
压缩比别人低得多，缸径/行程比也比别人变态得多
结果是中低转扭矩反而比别人牺牲得更多，曲线比别人的更bumpy，更peaky
摩托文化我不懂，可能Ducati保留L-Twin结构有它的文化原因
但是仅从工程角度，这就是成问题了
当然，狐狸贴得那个新车扭矩提高了不少，但曲线一样很peaky，甚至更加peaky
而且别人的四缸车也有新进展吧？所以我相信Ducati在新一轮较量里还是占不得什么便宜 |

买了快一个礼拜了，开了大概360mi，感觉比上代的5系内饰做的精细，外观重回E39。
驾驶乐趣减低了，偏重于舒适，估计和share的一些7系零件有关？：P 不过感觉还是要
比Audi好不少，之前本来想上A6的，开过之后大失所望，非常的bumpy，内饰塑料感很
强，然后535i M sport试驾之后随即拍板买之。虽然老婆想要卡宴，但是试驾之后感觉
保时捷还是老老实实做跑车比较好，SUV做的四不像，挺郁闷的。
现在来说这个535i M Sport。感觉M badge越来越是噱头，除了外观，没觉得有多少变
化（当然，除了方向盘还是蛮舒服的）。原来以为suspension会有所不一样，但是目前
看来这个完全是误解。车在一般mode下是comfort mode作为default，长途的话用

发动机响应很快但是声音糙的很。当时觉得动力很好不过前轮在开101的时候非常bumpy
，不知道前轮的悬挂过硬还是咋的。对比的车是我当时那辆E46 325i。
转向一般般没什么反馈。
当时租的车都是地板油所以没感觉出来变速器有什么问题。
后来开过一次手动的G37S，一档行程特别短，离合点也不好找，是我试车时唯一死火的
车。
内装和同档次车差不少，赶不上Lexus和Acura的水平
好处就是便宜，马力大。 |

the first Beta 14 days after ER, around 150, then asked me to go directly
for ultrasound 2 weeks later.
First time, I had beginner’s luck and have been very grateful…this is my
3rd cycle, last one did not work out.

突然，上星期从幼儿园拿回来的作品里有一幅里面画了两个小人儿（以前拿回来的都是
黑疙瘩或者彩色疙瘩），惊喜+惊奇。
问：这是你的画吗？（那意思你别那错别人的了吧？）
答：是的。
问：这是你画的？（实在不信，不是别人画的吧？）
答：是的。
问：是谁教你画的？（他自己怎么可能画的出来？）
答：我自己画的。

于是人就画了下面这幅，很简单，3个小朋友在playground玩，
