发帖数: 137 | 3 之前约的inforpass，排期倒退，本来不打算去了，看着离公司也不远，就去看看。
1）关于visa number明确告诉我在2015，july，31，8AM freeze了。跟面试官确认跟
visa bulltin没关系。EB2没有名额了，10月1日再来查询
2）REF reserve，她明确告诉我，不会reserve，不允许reserve，这一点跟版上报禄的
有出入。
3）问她还会在ref吗，她觉得应该不会，体检的职能管一年，EVL她觉得不会再ref了。

Please advice when should i ask the lawyer to file 140 under EB3?
Is it worth to change job in Jan 2016 after 180 pending, facing the risk of
refiling PERM and I140, 485? (if i don't need to refile anything, should i
ask the new employer to file EB3?)
If I stay with EB2, any change get green by end of 2016?
I was going to wait till Oct bulltin to make decision, but should I start
Eb3 140 sooner or wait at least till Oct?
