EAD/AP, and make visa bulletin all C is within power of USCIS, no need for
congress intervene, we can try negotiate with USCIS if the lawsuit is not
going well or as an alternative for 485 early filling |

I got information from a trusted source that USCIS is holding onto the
August bulletin, because they are waiting for the budget deficit agreement
is reached btw President Obama and the Republicans. Apparently, he is
proposing to close some of the 4Trillion dollars hole by making everyone
current and getting more fees from 485 applications. |

and India may further move forward to March 1, 2008. At this juncture, this
informaton remains a "rumor" in that it cannot be confirmed and verified.
However, we will find out the truth soon. Please stay tuned for the release
of December Visa Bulletin.
At this time, there is a confirmed prediction of a significant cut-off date
movement between now and February. Such movement will not be the norm
