要看民主与法制的总体趋势，
把所有国家的democracy index和corruption index
做个相关性统计不就行了。

发帖数: 5892 | 10 国际透明组织(Transparency International)于周二(24日)公布的年度报告中显示，由于哈珀政府没有强制执行反海外贿赂法，加拿大的得分再次不及格。报告自2005年发布第一版以来，加拿大便是G7七国集团中唯一执法不力的国家。
此报告中的「落后分子」还包括保加利亚(Bulgaria)、爱沙尼亚(Estonia)、希腊(Greece)、斯洛维尼亚(Slovenia)、澳洲(Australia)、纽西兰(New Zealand)及以色列(Israel)等。
该报告指出，反贿赂法执法不力主要是由于缺少政府领袖作出表率及承诺。根据OECD经合组织在1997年反贿赂大会上签署了协议，但未实现承诺的国家有21个。加拿大出口占全世界的2.5%，作为出口佼佼者执法依然未达标。

随手找了一个世行的数据，是1960-1976年的。你也可以找出联合国的数据，用1950年
的数据替代1960年，结果一定是一样的，那就是中国人口增长人数最多。

发帖数: 1854 | 12 首先祝贺booker当选斑竹，另外感谢伪币。在斑竹竞选过程中我基本保持沉默决不是装
清高，而是最近一个多月才开始大量灌水（因为换工作原因，业余时间比以前多），
在此之前我潜水多，冒泡少。更多时候是拜读各位大作，更多是关注文章内容而不是ID
名字，所以对ID名字印象不是很深刻。没有调查权，也就没有发言权。
另外感谢hinotori提供的“牛继马后”。我也就记得个大概“以牛代马”意思，不知道
是这样的一句谶语原文。这也反映了我这种业余历史爱好者，虽然“博闻广见”，但还
是基础不牢固。
再就是修改了一处笔误，杀死拓跋珪的是其儿子清河王拓跋绍。这里也有一个“灭清河
，斩万人”谶语在里面，由于偏离主题太多我就不八卦了，有兴趣的同学可以自己股购。
还有一些直接的引文加了点注释。虽让相信史版大部分同学的水平都是比较高的， 但
还是觉得考虑周全些好，觉得太浅显的同学可以直接跳过。我会做到尽可能的多引用史
料原文， 不翻译成白话文，除了要加点自己的评论这种难以避免的情况。我的资料主
要是魏书，北史，以及宋书，南齐书的一部分。这可以说是研究南北朝历史的一个有利

到105，排名世界第五，美国的人均IQ为98，名列第33位，俄罗斯为97，名列第36位，而
印度目前只有82。IQ最高的国家是新加坡，平均108 。
从表中可见，排名前30位的国家和地区，除了加拿大、澳大利亚和新西兰自外，都
位于欧洲和东亚，而东亚国家和地区则占据了前10名之中的8个。在名次靠前的国家中，
既有非常发达的国家，也有像中国、朝鲜、蒙古这样经济和社会发展比较落后的国家，
可见人均IQ跟一个国家的经济社会发展水平并没有必然联系。
