Yes, you can remove one GRA.
In Budget Impact Statement, just say no impact, the PIs will take care of
the extra work so that the scope remains to be the same. |

其是你这种学校，加上她在学校的
network。She can easily do something that can have a huge negative impact on
your case. 除非你认为你的
tenure 已经不会有什么问题了，看起来你和dean关系不错，一般的情况dean是不会这
样讲的，还当着你系主任的面。
任要求我在budget中列上 35% 的
overhead。（系里大概可以分到其中的25-50%。）还说她自己和系秘为我们的proposal
付出了很多时间与精力。几个月
前她刚上任时签的另一个proposal却只要了10%。那个项目出自同一个funding agency
（非NSF），但是PI和她私交很
好。
proposal必须交35%。跟她要协议，她
拿不出来，最后只找到两份以前批准项目的合同。这两份合同的overhead分别为0%和10
%。现在我该怎么办？交了35%，
这项目没法做。不交，她不签字。

我老估计，就现在巴马这个熊样，这个法案八成是要通过了。想找珀斯到，老板没钱。

没有一次被砍钱， 估计全是整个program排名最靠前的HR）。

慢，有次等了6周才给回复，很担心一直等下去会耽误项目进展，请问这种事情该如何

主要内容是： Any topic, as long as it is related to developing and
promoting best practices in teaching and learning and student success, will
be considered for funding.
预算要求是： Funding to support faculty development in the area of
teaching and learning and student success. List detail budget.
这个grant的上限是$5000。以前从来没有申请过teahcing的grant。这次系主任鼓励我
申请。在我看来，teaching不需要额外购买设备，也不需要让学生干活付工资，也不需
要travel。那么我这个预算怎么写呢？我根本就不需要花钱呀，是不是我的想法不对？ |
