已经接受了新公司的offer，但是目前公司打算counter offer(比对方的offer高一些)。
其实在公司counter offer之前，因为家庭原因，我表示了一点想留下的意思，于是现
在跟我商量counter offer是否可以到明年6月份才能生效(因为每年6月份是加薪的日子
)。我觉得对方在玩拖延战术，因为之前公司就那么对待过其他人，而且公司在薪资方
面比较扣，到时候很可能会借口效益不好就不给加薪了。
最关键的是，假如他们答应现在加薪，他们给的counter offer让我这个在公司工作不
到2年的人和一个工作8年的人只差1w，可以说是对于我的职位有点儿偏高，虽然我认为
只是market price，但是由于公司的薪资制度一般，这个待遇对于我的title算比较高
了。现在我最担心的是，有人说接受counter offer会有一定风险，可能被裁就是首当

第二，那个ear buds本来就超大，根本塞不到耳朵里，这个foam的pads再小了就套不上
去了呀。这是第三套他家耳机了，从没这么难用过。这个估计得是大象的耳朵才塞得下
！气死我了，本来今天兴奋地找到了去gym的理由，现在也感冒了，去不成了不说，还

其实本来draft小羊也是Bud Adams坚持的，Fisher找了老周来当OC,显然不是要
run 以Vince为核心的offense. 当然现在看来Bud Adams也放弃小羊了,fire了Fisher还

LOCAL的FFL，本以为绿卡SECURITY CHECK应该很快，没想到等了三天。今天终于到了。
这枪还真不好买，本地的ACADEMY和GARNER MOUNTAIN都没有，网上也都OUT OF STOCK。
只有BUD GUN上有，还是BD。因为本人对DECOCKER和MANUAL SAFETY没有PREFERENCE，就

一个打CZ 75的地方。而且好像本地没有商店卖CZ75，只能网购，求推荐可靠的FFL。谢

在BUD GUN订的CZ 75BD，因为不想多付3%，用E-CHECK，结果得等六天。好不容易到了
LOCAL的FFL，本以为绿卡SECURITY CHECK应该很快，没想到等了三天。今天终于到了。
这枪还真不好买，本地的ACADEMY和GARNER MOUNTAIN都没有，网上也都OUT OF STOCK。
只有BUD GUN上有，还是BD。因为本人对DECOCKER和MANUAL SAFETY没有PREFERENCE，就
买了。之前打过92FS和SAG226，但并没打过CZ75，但不喜欢92FS，226现在要900多，贵
的离谱，所以还是选了CZ75。LP也挺兴奋，说要抓紧时间练习，我也准备等她练熟了给
她买个COMPACT的。这下有的玩了。

至少大嘴鲈鱼也可以，不过我用的是Panther Martin 6号。哪天试试Mepps，还有Bud（
便宜一半多）。Mepps Aglia和bud的潜水不深，Black Fury能比较深，Aglia Long更深
。PM比较深，据说是最好的spinner。据说Mepps是转得最带经的。
这东西最大的问题是钩子爱挂底，一下子几块钱就打水漂了。所以很多人后来都不（敢
）用了，有些人自己做，辛辛苦苦做一个丢了也怪可惜的不是，而且还是1块多，丢多
了肯定也舍不得用了。不过我想了一个简单的办法，每次只损失1、2毛钱，还没试过，
下次试试。 |
