电。先不说贵不贵，如果你是学生的话，我觉得组起来很麻烦，所以希望找有收入的童
鞋，房子8/1可以用，有2个车库，我个人感觉一个月花800多都算下来住个舒服的HOUSE
不是大问题吧，如果你收入不错的话。

but I do not want to live in the downtown area. I want to find a quiet
place for living, where a metro and/or bus station is 5-10 minutes in
walking distance. I will take public transportation to work everyday. One of
my friends who know Atlanta better than me recommended Buckhead area and
Decatur area. Does anybody have anymore information to share? Thank you very

midtown，对那儿的价位没有概念，没法比较。这种比较现代一些的高层楼房的HOA 一
般都很高，我每个月要交5百多，还不包括任何utility,心疼啊。
高层大楼一般没有开阔的院子，不过小孩可以在楼里的游泳池（多半是室外露天的）、
健身房、俱乐部玩，倒是安全。 |

感觉这个地段寻找租房者还是比较容易的。问题是，一般CONDO都会规定出租比例，如
果达到了出租限额，你就得等有人放弃出租名额，才能递补上。如果能否出租对你很重
要，购房之前可以询问MANAGMENT OFFICE 出租名额事宜。
不好意思，没有关心过MIDTOWN 那边的CONDO，当时想离DOWNTOWN 远点好，而且
BUCKHEAD 的小学还不错。

内的差别不是很大， 出行还有公共交通，相同的区域住房子的话40-60万能买到，生活

1、10日晚9点25到ATL接机至BUCKHEAD酒店（Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites,
505 PHARR ROAD，）
2、11日早9点左右，自酒店送至GWCC展馆，布展完成后，带领下午附近转转及晚上吃饭
，晚10点前结束返回酒店。
3、12日～14日开始展览——开展期间无需陪同，展会前由酒店送至GWCC，展会后带领

virtually not possible to transfer to a good school, because good schools
most likely are already over-crowding. Elementary schools in Buckhead, like
Brandon, Jackson, and Smith, and in Virginia Highland, like Morningside, are
excellent schools. All 9 - 10 according to GreatSchools.org. |
