told by family doc it is a bone bruise.
I could barely walk first several days. And after several months, I could
run slowly and got back to court, but until now, when I bend my knee, I
still feel the pain and weakness. it is hard to push my knee for direction
change.
How come it takes this long. I thought 8 months to 1 year maximum the bone
bruise should heal itself. |

我最近被指控家暴。警察对老婆几处bruise拍照了。Arrested后保释了。已经请了律师
。该律师号称得过奖。以前做过DA。REVIEW也还不错。可是办的案子我有些疑问。
律师事先告诉我DEAL可能会是DISTURBING PEACE，建议我接受。在PRETRIAL后告诉我DA
要给misdemeanor （243 E），否则会以273.5 来上庭。还说“Missed some pictures
of injury”. 从付钱后到pretrial共见过1次。其他都是email联系。没听他给我说会
怎么与DA negotiate。我还想建议准备一封求情信。律师也说没用。疑问一：pretrial
只有一次吗？为什么会”missed pictures”？一般会给多长时间来接受deal？
因为我已经在这期间换了工作。已到其他州上班几天。如果我现在接受deal，意味着我

也有，可是随着年纪增大会越来越明显。这个纹越明显给人感觉越老，我试过按摩和各
种药妆，花了很多钱，还不如用这种物理方法，效果非常明显。
继续说。步骤就是先涂numbing cream，等30分钟左右，脸很凉，感觉麻木了，医生又
补了一针局部麻醉，说实话打麻醉是整个过程中最疼的一步，过了就好了，完全感觉不
到疼，会有一些拉扯感，仅此而已。然后医生就往里面打filler，这步决定了手术效果
，医生的经验很重要，如果打浅了容易有bump，因为radiesse分子比较大。如果打深了
，效果就不明显，所以好的医生太重要了。
打完了以后冰敷半个小时，主要是防止肿胀。其实肿胀多少会有点，可是我的情况很不
明显，或者说我觉得肿的时候效果更好，整个脸看上去好饱满，像个苹果。据说
radiesse不容易产生bruising，juvederm会比较容易产生bruising，因为注射的部位比
较浅，这我没有比较不好说。至少在我脸上没有任何bruising的痕迹，也可能是因为这

Athletes in all contact sports have many opportunities to get a muscle
contusion (bruise). Contusions are second only to strains as a leading cause
of sports injuries.
Most contusions are minor and heal quickly, without taking the athlete
needing to be removed from the game. But, severe contusions can cause deep
tissue damage and can lead to complications and/or keep the athlete out of
sports for months.

难怪。不过觉得ZEKE不属于那种bruising back, 有些介于bruising和slashing back之
间，
