今天，全美国唯有在内华达的一些地方买春是合法的。
Prostitution是西部狂野的历史的重要部分，目前只在内华达保留了一点点。
Prostitution在内华达不是所有地方都是合法的。40万人以上地方是非法。比如在Las
Vegas和Reno绝对非法。也不是在所有County都合法。只有在20多家批准的鸡寨（range
）嫖才是合法的。Prostitution属于地方事务，不纳州税，只纳地方税，州也不管。鸡
寨联盟曾经lobby交州税（怕州里日后取缔），州里认为不是州的事务，不允。
