有的时候不是你有钱就能在这里买到你喜欢的房子的。有的community不让其他种族的
人住进来。eastchester，dobbs ferry, ardsley, sleepy hollow也不错。 不建议在
new rochelle, mount vernon, phelham,Yonkers 买房子。white plains是个mix的地
方。tarrytown 和 sleephollow的downtown附近就别买房子了，都是latino. |

advantage of living in Scarsdale is easy access to manhattan's east side as
metro north goes to Grand Central, as opposed to LIRR, which goes to Penn
Station on the west side. I am indifferent as my office is around time sq,
so either station is fine. But if someone works on 3rd Ave, then it would
much easier to take metro north. By 2016, LIRR would also make stop in Grand

们的学区最好呢。
white plains, tarrytown都是很mixed的地方，沉睡谷除外。家有小孩上中学，就别住
那里了。
我们住在westchester,周末开车去法拉盛,因为经常去，所以也就大概知道什么时候不
会是traffic time或者坐火车去grand central to catch ballet or broadway show. |
