昨天，这些人折腾了一天，白天，晚上皮啦啦，也不知道谁把谁杀了，谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了，就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的，但他
们头上，地下装电磁波攻击器，让我几乎窒息。虽然我没倒下，但其实他们在我身上扎
的毒针已经蔓延，我能感觉到我的呼吸有窒息的感觉。我想我对他们已经非常仁慈了，

1）emphysema和chronic bronchitis的病因是不是不一样呢？我感觉emphysema源于
endogenous antiprotease的缺乏,导致elastin被elastase分解,进而导致alveoli的弹
性被破坏；而chronic bronchitis是由于支气管壁发炎，出现mucus所导致咳嗽。不知
道我的理解对不对？
2）都说吸烟是导致COPD的主要原因，因为吸烟可以导致：1> oxidants/antioxidants
imbalance;2>apoptosis;3>chronic inflammation;4>protease/antiprotease
imbalance.请问这四者是相互关联,互为因果的吗?一个chronic bronchitis患者很有可
能患emphysema吗?

bronchitis frequently.
May I ask how old your baby is?
Did you use the inhaler? that's what the doctor gave my daughter.

not sure about pediatrics, mycoplasma pneumoniae is one of the agents
causing atypical pneumonia, at least in adult population, establishing
diagnosis is not very practical, so it is recommended to treat with
community aquired pneumonia with antibiotics that cover atypical agents, so
quinolones are often prescribed,
for peds, since quinolone is not used, i think zithromax is the drug of
choice, if you just have bronchitis, most of bronchitis is viral, would

没事的，其实一些感冒是病毒性感冒，吃这种药也没用的，怎么搞都要两个星期才好。

2. side effect is a big concern.
3. Most of URI including bronchitis are caused by viruses,
4. for the temperature, if higher than 38.5 or 39, give your baby some
tylenol or physical temp dropping. but alcohol is not recommended.
5. if seizure, go to ER asap. but don't scare, most likely it is febrile
seizure, no severe sequeli. |

and which one is bronchitis. a bronchoscope and airway lavage can give the
final diagnosis for most of cases. But the question's: is it necessary? For
most of the cases like yours, beta-2 agonist is the drug of choice to
relieve the symptoms, and antibiotics should be administered if there is
fever, leukocytosis or yellow sputum. That's it. |

is not a treatment for 心肺衰竭. It is for the treatment for sleep apnea (
aka snoring or 呼吸暂停综合症）.
心肺衰竭 requires medical treatment, not 呼吸机治疗. Also, bronchiolitis in
kid is an acute diagnosis, and does not lead to 肺衰竭. Chronic bronchitis
does lead to 心肺衰竭, but that is often caused by smoking, not a disease
process starting in childhood. If you truly think 心肺衰竭 is what he has,
he need to see a good doctor. |

1.最开始是去年夏天到海里游泳激发的，之后时好时坏，从来没停过。好的时候偶尔一
小时咳一两声，坏的时候经常咳。每声都很短促，一两下。有时有痰，有时干咳。
2.从不发烧，精神很好，人看起来没有任何区别
3.从小有过敏史（湿疹，花生过敏），早上起来经常有点鼻涕，但白天就没有了
4.激烈运动（游泳，足球，爬山。。）过程中没有明显区别，但当天夜里或第二天有时
会加重；感觉吃了热的东西（油炸，甜食。。）会加重；吸了凉气会加重；但有时候想
不出什么原因也会加重
5.晚上睡觉经常会咳，白天好些
看美国医生不下10次，先后怀疑过：
1.Infection (Bronchitis, whooping cough, walking pneumonia): 开了antibiotics
两次, 含steroid的syrup两次
2.Allergy: 一直还在吃Children’s Claritin
3.Asthma: 一直在用breathing treatment：Pro Air; Q-var; 再加上喷鼻子的Nasal-
nex，用了几个月了

小时咳一两声，坏的时候经常咳。每声都很短促，一两下。有时有痰，有时干咳。
2.从不发烧，精神很好，人看起来没有任何区别
3.从小有过敏史（湿疹，花生过敏），早上起来经常有点鼻涕，但白天就没有了
4.激烈运动（游泳，足球，爬山。。）过程中没有明显区别，但当天夜里或第二天有时
会加重；感觉吃了热的东西（油炸，甜食。。）会加重；吸了凉气会加重；但有时候想
不出什么原因也会加重
5.晚上睡觉经常会咳，白天好些
看美国医生不下10次，先后怀疑过：
1.Infection (Bronchitis, whooping cough, walking pneumonia): 开了antibiotics
两次, 含steroid的syrup两次
2.Allergy: 一直还在吃Children’s Claritin
3.Asthma: 一直在用breathing treatment：Pro Air; Q-var; 再加上喷鼻子的Nasal-
nex，用了几个月了
